Diplomová práce obsahuje návrh podnikatelského plánu na vytvoření letní mezinárodní taneční školy v Praze. Tento projekt je startem pro rozsáhlejší vizi mezinárodní taneční instituce. Práce se opírá o teoretický základ, který je potřebný k vytvoření podnikatelského záměru. Dále se zabývá i analýzou konkurence a analýzou potřeb potenciálních zákazníků. The thesis consists of a business plan draft for the organization of an International Summer Dance School in Prague. This project is a starting point for a broader vision of an international dance institution. The work is based on a theoretical foundation that is needed to create a business plan. It also covers analysis of competition and analysis of the needs of potential customers.
