Oriana Fallaci and her methods of conducting interviews

The thesis is focused mainly on the work of an Italian journalist Oriana Fallaci. It is specifically oriented on the methods she used while conducting interviews with such figures as Yasser Arafat, Muammar Gaddafi or ayatollah Khomeini. The author of the thesis chooses a well-known Czech interview expert, journalist and writer Karel Hvížďala to compare his work with Fallaci's. The theoretical part explains on the one hand the lives of both of the famous journalists, but also the theoretical concepts and methods of conducting an interview. The practical part pays attention to the comparison of the methods used by Fallaci and Hvížďala with special focus on Fallaci, and answers the question that the author of the thesis asks himself in the beginning.
Immediate half time and after game live interviews in football, their difficulties and specificity

The thesis deals with the live half-time and post-game interviews immediately after the end of the match. The first chapter represents sport's interaction with the media, brings closer current trends in sports journalism with a particular regards towards a commercionalisation of athletes. The second chapter focuses on half-time and post-game interviews. It introduces a specific type of interviews, offers theoretical perspectives on the organisation of interviews from preparition and condictions that are part of a pursuit of a profession in a football enviroment. In the following chapters, the work, based on questioning, brings the opinions and thoughts of the concerned sides with particular emphasis on the position of reporter, football player and press agent. The aim of the work is primarily to reveal the differences and specifics of half-time and post-match interviews in football to their general understanding. It primarily observes the working conditions, organisation and communication of interested people, as well as the environment in which the interviews take place.
Prevention of specific behavioral and learning disorders in pre-schoolage

This bachelor thesis deals with prevention of specific behavioural and learning disorders in preschool children. The bachelor thesis is aimed to find out the awareness and experience of parents about preventive measures for preschool children and the impacts of implemented preventive measures. The theoretical part of thesis describes the issues of prevention, specific behavioural disorders and specific learning disabilities. The work also deals with the early detection of the disorder, cooperation, communication between involved parties. The empirical part consists of mixed research - the result of the questionnaire, a semi-structured interview with a parent, a psychologist, a special ed teacher/speech therapist, and case study. The first research technique was a questionnaire, which was focused on finding out the awareness and experience of parents about preventive measures, their satisfaction with the setting, and their implementation. Furthermore, three case studies were prepared, which showed us the impact of implemented preventive measures, views, and attitudes of parents and experts on the issue. Title: Anticipation sources and interaction during the serve return Objectives: The objectives of this diploma thesis are to explore what kinds of anticipatory resources elite tennis players perceive and which ones they take in consideration when returning the service. Methods: The qualitative type of research was used in this diploma thesis, specifically a case study. Professional tennis players were chosen and their ATP emplacement is from 26th to 163th in the world. Five of the chosen tennis players only train now, two of them train and also play and the other two only play. Their age varies from 25 to 43 years old. A method of review with instruction was used, the review had seven questions and lasted approximately 30-60 minutes during which the players thought in detail of key factors that they use for anticipation the service. The second phase of the research was a transcription of the review, its coding and analysis. Results: In this diploma thesis there is a description of individual themes that point out to other anticipatory resources which tennis players examine during their matches. Pupils ' understanding of irrational numbers

Diplomová práce zkoumá žákovské porozumění iracionálním čísl·m. Cílem bylo zmapovat a zhodnotit porozumění žák· ze druhého a třetího ročníku na gymnáziu. Vyhodnocení probíhalo na základě dotazníkového šetření od 69 respondent· a polostrukturovaného rozhovoru od 12 z nich. Výsledky ukázaly, že pro velkou část těchto žák· jsou všechna čísla s neukončeným desetinným rozvojem považována za čísla iracionální a s ukončeným desetinným rozvojem za čísla racionální. V závěru práce uvádím dva přístupy, které by mohly zmírnit tuto chybnou představu. 1
Cooperation between a primary teacher and a school special education teacher

This Diploma Thesis is work dealing with the cooperation between a primary teacher and a school special education teacher within the inclusive education. The Thesis is divided in two parts: the theoretical part and the practical part - the research. The theoretical part is concerned with the current advisory system in the education field in the Czech Republic from the perspective of inclusive education. It is also focused on the relationships and cooperation of the school special education teacher within the school. The practical part is conceived as the qualitative research dealing with the cooperation between the primary teacher and the school special education teacher works. Moreover, there are the advantages and disadvantages of this cooperation mentioned. The research shows that the cooperation between the primary school teacher and the school special education teacher is beneficial as it helps to integrate pupils with the special educational needs into the standard classroom. Effective communication of primary school teachers with parents

This thesis addresses the difficulties in communication between teachers and parents. Its' goal is to point out the effective communication strategies used by experienced educators during their conversations with parents of elementary school children. In the theoretical part of the thesis, it focuses on communication and its' forms, on explanation of the school/family relationship with regards to expectations of both sides, and on parent typology. It also describes conversational structure and organization, and states the basics of effective communication through dialogue alongside the rules of successful conversation between a teacher and a parent. The research in the empirical part of the thesis had been carried out in a form of a qualitative dialogue with four experienced educators. The amassed data was later processed, analyzed and evaluated in comparison with scientific literature. The results of the research have the form of answers to the predesigned questions and these answers accurately display basic strategies of effective communication, which had shown repeated success for their users, the teachers. Title of Study: Research for brand identity Fit&Body Thesis Objectives: The main aim of this bachelor thesis is designing a definite sample of brand for studio, which offers massages and activities, wich are destinguished from the competion. Additionaly to that, the bachelor thesis sheds a light on competition analysis, analysis of the brand Fit&Body, conducting interviews with studio's clients, experts on branding and marketing and subsequent implementation of the findings into the process of building the brand based on the conducted research. Methods: In order to be reached the ultimate goal of the bachelor thesis the following methods have been applied:  analysis of competition brands,  analysis of building the brand Fit&Body,  in-depth interviews. Thesis Results: Based on the interviews with clients and the experts, some of the brand features have been changed. The brand name has remained Fit&Body as well as the font. The original slogan "Aby záda nebolela." has been replaced by a new one: "Pro zdravá záda.". And only partially has been modified the logo. Authentic style of the logo remained the same, the red leaf with the sign "krása" has been removed and signs in the yellow and green leaves have been replaced by words "cvičení" and "masáže". Optimization of Recruitment Processes and Adapting Employees in the Selected Company

The thesis deals with the human resources in chosen hospital facility. The aim of the thesis is to give proposals to optimize recruitment process and the subsequent adaptation of new employees in the organization and to make them more efficient. The research will be carried out through a questionnaire survey with in-house staff and a structured interview with superiors and management. Based on the results found, changes will be proposed to improve the aforementioned business processes.
