Analysis of Internal Communication in Company OSMA zpracování plastů, s.r.o.

Theme of this thesis is internal communication in company OSMA zpracování plastů, s.r.o.. Main aim is to find out the ways and quality of communication in this company. Text is divided into three parts. As a first step the methodological solutions are defined. These are aim and subject of the work, hypothesis about communication in company OSMA and methods of solution. Next theoretical part describes the social communication and consequently focuses on communication inside the company. The crucial part of this thesis is practical part. It contains interpretation of the results, verification of given hypothesis and suggestions how to improve findings.
External and internal communication analysis in the company XY

The aim of this thesis is to analyze the communication of a certain company, to identify its weaknesses and to suggest improvements of the current state. To analyze the communication, standardized dialogues with kingpins in the firm, questionnaire research and a study of the company documentation were used. Owing to talks to one of the employees, after familiarization with the operating and fundamental processes of the company, all employees were sent an online questionnaire, which was answered by 21 of the complete number of 24. Simultaneously, dialogues with other four persons were made. Results of the dialogues and questionnaire research were analyzed and the state of communication inside and outside the firm was described. The communication inside the firm is not on a low level, but there are significant reserves in some areas conducive to improvement. Recommendations for improving the situation are described in a separate chapter.
Communication tools between business and IT

This thesis deals with internal communication between IT department and other employees. The main objective is to describe the options and critical factors in communication between IT and business. The first part focuses on various forms and communications tools, but also on problems in communication with the IT department. In the second part, dealing with the helpdesk, are compared the selected helpdesk applications using the defined criteria. At the conclusion of the work are analyzed the results of a survey by questionnaire examines the setting of internal communication, including communication with IT workers, and use of helpdesk applications in companies on the Czech market.
Analysis of internal and external communication in a specific organization

This work deals with internal and external communications, both in theory and in practical terms. Findings from the theoretical parts are used in the analysis of communication specific organization. The theoretical part deals with different forms, types, resources and communication tools. The practical part is realized by an analysis of internal communication, both vertical and horizontal plane and the analysis of external communications with external entities. The analysis of communication is supported by a questionnaire survey which is then evaluated and is based on specific recommendations designed to improve communication within the organization.
Internal Corporate Communication within the Scope of Sustainability Initiatives

This thesis is aimed at an importace of company internal communication concretely among initiatives in the field of sustainable development. It adverts to not only an importance of an individual company connection with the sustainable initiatives but especially adverts to high-quality internal communication related to these initiatives mentioned above. There is a concrete example of a transnation company and its strategy of internal communication in the framework of voluntary initiatives depicted in this thesis, which was realized through two periods of an employee's research. The comparison of results and hypotheses defined is also envolved in data analysis of this research, as well as sustainable improvement in company internal communication within sustainable initiatives is proposed.
Effective internal communication (in the international advisory organization)

This master's thesis deals with the internal communication. The main goal is to examine and assess the current level of the internal communication in the international advisory organization, to identify any problems and try to propose more effective internal communication in the company. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The first part focuses on the clarification of key concepts such as communication, communication process, internal communication, assumptions and objectives of the internal communication, internal communication tools. In the practical part an international advisory company is presented and the current situation of the internal communication is described and there is evaluation of the internal communication by employees. In the conclusion of the thesis, there are suggested measures to improve the effectiveness of communication within the company.
Internal Organizational Communication Analysis

The thesis deals with topics of internal communication with focus on its application in three particular companies. The main objective was to describe and evaluate the quality of internal communication, to analyze it and draw useful conclusions and practical recommendations to improve its efficiency. The basic concepts and specifics of information, communication, corporate culture and internal communication are presented and explained in the theoretical part, followed by an overview of the functions, goals, information flows and means of communication within the company. The assumptions of effective internal communication and related problems are accentuated. The practical part includes internal communication analysis based on a survey, qualitative interviews with managers, and company information available to the public. The thesis results in a detailed analysis of particular companies, their comparison, and specific recommendations for removal of the deficiencies and effective improvements.

The aim of this thesis is to analyse internal communication in the company DCom spol. s r.o. In the first part there is the descritpion of the DCom company. The second part is theorethical base - there is a characterization of communication, internal communication, its aims, channels and the consequences of internal communication errors. In the last part there is described the analysis of the internal communication in the DCom company and its results.
Problems of Internal Communication in Project Management

The primary influence on project results is human effort, therefore the most essential tool for effort management and focus is communication. Communication in Project Management is characterized by its complexity however it may be analysed from two perspectives; communication tools and human factor. The main objective of this work is to identify problematic areas of internal communication in Project Management and the design of corrective measures that will mitigate or eliminate these problems. This work is based on research in a dynamic environment and comprehensive project program, which is an excellent example and material for definition of such areas. The theoretical section lists the topics of project management and communication; each topic affects specific features that are part of the program or directly related (SOA, agile management, conflict parties business, ICT, etc.). The practical part acquaints readers with the concept of sociological research and defines a hypotheses and set of methods that were used in this research. Further, it contains a description of the program in which research was undertaken and the results of such analysis with recommendations on what measurements should be implemented to improve communication and its effectiveness.
Comparing the use of types of communication and communication tools in small and large business

The main purpose of this thesis is the analysis of communications and communication tools in small and large business. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is focusing on communication from the perspective of "ordinary" people and businesses. It is divided into the following parts: Communication, Corporate Communications. The practical part includes the methodology for the evaluation of communication tools in both companies, the characteristics of both companies, internal and external communication and tools in small and large businesses, including assessment, functions and skills of a business manager with an emphasis on communication. Evaluation of communication tools in both companies is based on the methodology created in this thesis. The evaluation conclusions are drawn and recommendations suggested. The main contribution of this thesis is an analysis of companies, and evaluation and recommendations.
