Cílem práce je provést analýzu fungování interní komunikace ve společnosti DCom a dát managementu této společnosti relevantní výsledky včetně možných příčin a důsledků v případě nesprávného fungování interní komunikace. Práce je členěna do tří kapitol. V první části je popsána společnost DCom, její produktové portfolio, současná situace a stav interní komunikace z pohledu vedení společnosti. Druhá část je věnována teoretickým východiskům interní komunikace, podmínkám pro její správné fungování, dále projevům a důsledkům nesprávně nastavené interní komunikace a také možným kanálům interní komunikace. V poslední kapitole jsem využila jednak teoretické poznatky z předcházející části, jednak popsala proces analýzy interní komunikace ve společnosti DCom a výsledky této analýzy. The aim of this thesis is to analyse internal communication in the company DCom spol. s r.o. In the first part there is the descritpion of the DCom company. The second part is theorethical base - there is a characterization of communication, internal communication, its aims, channels and the consequences of internal communication errors. In the last part there is described the analysis of the internal communication in the DCom company and its results.
