Diplomová práce představuje paradigmata servisně orientované ekonomiky z hlediska konkurenceschopnosti firmy. Zaměřuje se na konkurenční výhody, kterých lze dosáhnout nebo podporovat rozvojem služeb. Teoretický základ prezentuje specifika a význam sektoru služeb v současných nejvyspělejších ekonomikách. Jmenuje hlavní konkurenční strategie používané v sektoru služeb a srovnává je se zažitými strategiemi známými z produktově orientované ekonomiky. Práce blíže analyzuje metody rozvoje služeb ve společnosti IBM GSDC Brno v oblasti globalních IT služeb. Pojednává o hlavních problémech spojených s jejich inovací a zároveň naznačuje současné a budoucí trendy v oblasti IT služeb. V praktické návrhové části jsou prezentovány nové přístupy k rozvoji služeb, které by mohly podpořit konkurenceschopnost firmy na globálním trhu služeb.

My diploma thesis will serve as a manual for personnel managers in which forms and methods of control of employees will be summarized focused on mystery calling and mystery shopping. I will create a programme of fuzzy logic called OCCUPATIONAL INSPECTOR wherebly personnel managers will analyse and check their employees and therably save a part of financial resources which would otherwise be spent on external subject.
Requirements for construction company executive in the knowledge economy period

This work "Requirements for construction company executive in the knowledge economy" in the theoretical part focused on who is the manager, what should have manager attributes, knowledge, skills and competence. It also features what the manager to perform and what role must hold. In the practical part of the bachelor hypotheses have been set, which I verified the survey in construction companies, design offices, studios, as well as managers themselves. The survey found out requirements that are now placed on managers in construction.
Life-Long Learning in the Development of Rural Region

The aim of this work is to assess the present status and accessibility of education in the rural areas and evaluate how it is used. This will then be compared to the real need for education for the development of such areas and include solutions. The work will be focused on studying human capital in rural areas, on the condition of life-long learning in a rural environment and on the views and opinions of municipal authorities and local inhabitants. Personal experience and observations from many years of working in the field of rural development are used in this work, the main result of which is the confirmation of a hypothesis that rural areas need life-long learning for continued development. Without this, favorable conditions cannot arise and its growth will be rendered unsustainable.
Preparation of child for primary school entrance.

This bachelor thesis deals with versatile preparation of preschool age children before they enter a primary school. The work describes the organization and functions of preschool education. "Decalogue for parents of preschool children" assembled by a group of experts on preschool education is mentioned here. There are explained terms of school maturity and school readiness in this thesis. The set of school maturity tests "We prevent learning difficulties" is used in the practical part and the goal is to determine what progress will be achieved in diagnosed children by practicing weakened areas.
Presentation and communication skills of a manager in the selected subject

The topic of my bachelor's work is presentation and communication skills of managers, who have area sales managers post in the company Mondelez International Czech Republic s.r.o. The work deals with soft skills, which are based on general skills of every person. This work is divided to two parts. One part is theoretic-methodological and the second one is application. The basic terms and knowledge for the topic are clarified in the first part. I used for clarifying it reference books, which are mentioned on the list of literature. In this part you can find research questions too. For the research there is complied methodology, which is necessary for answering the questions. In the application part there is introduction of the company and we can find here results of questionnaire survey and controlled interview. The interview part is including comments and graphs. In the end there is discussion about results and there are suggestions which can improve current situation.
Key Assumptions of successful Managers and Entrepreneurs

To be a successful and effective manager is a target of every manager for the duration of his/her whole professional career. The target of the thesis is to understand the core of managerial work and identify important assumptions of a successful management. Theoretical part of the thesis defines basic terms from management as well as psychological terms which are used across the whole thesis. It contains an analysis of a case study from a foreign institution which is engaged in developing managerial dispositions. Interviews and conclusions of my own research as well as a research of a specialized company are analysed, commented on and interpreted. Specific important managerial dispositions and key managerial dispositions are identified.
Selected psychological personality attributes of bank employees

The aim of the thesis is to define selected psychological personality attributes of bank employees. The thesis describes the personality traits, particularly the characteristics such as extroversion, introversion, intuition, sensuality, reasonableness, circumspection etc. Their representation frequency had been examined within selected sample of respondents. The thesis also concerns with the charakter parts in companies and individual attributes of these parts. The conclusion part summarizes prevailing characteristics and describes those appropriate or essentials for bank employees. The knowledge findings might be relevant for the further practical application of HR stuff and be come their support while recruiting employees within the bank sector.
The issue of employment of people with visual disabilities to the example of people in České Budějovice

The present thesis deals with problems related to employment of visually impaired people in České Budějovice. The theoretical part deals with the definition of persons with visual impairment and their classifications, focus on possibilities for education and support for visually impaired people. Then I describe the legislative conditions in the process of employing such individuals and define the most important issues related to the employment of persons with visual disabilities. The empirical part interpret the results of our own research. The aim of the thesis is an analysis of the employment problem of visually impaired people. Research assumption is that job opportunities for persons with visual disabilities can improve their higher education or retraining course completion. Context research complemented with information about the attitudes of respondents, involving one of its own to the visual handicap and problems associated with information deficit, communication or technical barriers. The research part interprets the results of the specified issues of employment of the visually impaired in České Budějovice through case studies and using semi-structured interviews and observations.
Identifying changing skill needs through an employer survey

Dissertation closely examines the issue of identification and anticipation of skill needs (optimal mix of skills, knowledge, experience and competences) in enterprises. The key objective is to examine existing practices, methods and tools for the identification of future skill needs in enterprises and propose and test a new survey of to obtain information about changing skills needs in selected occupations at European level. The proposed survey verifies the possibility of obtaining information about trends in general (transversal) and occupation specific skills through working tasks as a conceptual unit understandable to employers. The pilot survey is carried out in 9 EU countries with 8500 telephone interviews (CATI method). Conclusions contain analysis of selected data, critical evaluation of the proposed methodology and recommendations for its further use.
