The Bachelor´s thesis assesses the financial situation of the company AGRI CS, a.s. through support information sources and chosen indicators of financial analysis. In the introductory part is presented the chosen methodology for the assessment of the financial situations of the company which is applied in the practical assessment of the financial health of the company. Based on the results of the financial analysis are defined weaknesses in the management of the company. Goal is to define a set of measures to improve the current situation of the company.

S rostoucím a v mnoha případech přesyceným trhem digitálních technologií čelí mnoho společností problému se zachováním a získáváním zákazníků. Úspěšná marketingová kampaň, která se stala nepostradatelnou součástí při uvedení nových produktů na trh, dokáže pomoci tohoto cíle dosáhnout. V rámci této bakalářské práce byl sesbírán relevantní material z různých zdrojů, který byl poté analyzován z hlediska různorodých lingvistických prvků používaných v reklamní činnosti. Analyzované materiály nabývají rozdílných jazykových vlastností na základě toho, co je jejich požadovanou funkcí. Na billboardech, plakátech a online bannerech, kde krátká a výstižná sdělení naplňují svoji funkci propagace produktu by dlouhé, strukturované bloky textu působily kontraproduktivně. A podobným způsobem by použití krátkých “hlášek” v oficiálních dokumentech bylo považováno za neprofesionální. Tato bakalářská práce má za cíl nastínit a popsat některé z ligvistických metod používaných v marketingu s pomocí sběru a analýzy dat.

The diploma thesis focused on financial management of the company TRANSBETON s.r.o.. In the theoretical part there is a presentation of the assessed company and a general explanation of the term financial analyses, principles of which are applied on company. In the second part the obtained results are evaluated and compared with the data set for an advancement of the firm. Based on these results it is possible to propose an enhancement of the current state of the firm and its prospective development in the future.

The goal of bachelor thesis is to evaluate financial situation of a chosen company, identify weak sides in this area and suggest measures leading to improvement of company’s financial health on the basis of this analysis. This bachelor thesis will focus on evaluating financial situation and completing financial analysis of San Marco s.r.o. between years 2009-2012 through indicators of financial analysis. San Marco company carries on two family pensions in Mutěnice and vine cellar, which is also in Mutěnice near Hodonín. The bachelor thesis will further take up on suggestions to improve economic situations of the company.

The submitted thesis Evaluation of the Financial Situation of a Company is taking care of financial situaton of the Hadač a Zapletal, s.r.o. company in the period between years 2006 and 2009 on the basic of selected methods of the Financial Analysis. In the theoretical part there is outlined profile of mentioned company and the Financial Analysis concept on which basis is explained . In the second part obtained data are evaluated and compared with ideal datas for company growth.On the basis of this results, steps for improving present situation in the company and its perspective future are proposed.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is evaluation the financial situation of TES VSETÍN s.r.o. for the period of 2009-2013 using the methods of financial analysis and based on the findings suggest measures for improvement. The theoretical part focuses on the concepts, methods and indicators. In the practical part, we acquaint with the company and also with the results of of individual financial indicators and and results achieved. The last section contains a summary of the financial situation in the period under review and proposals for its improvement.

Miroslava Mayerová Title of the Bachelor's Thesis: Art group 12/15 and its place in the second half of the 20th century Czech art Abstract This thesis focuses on the evolution and influence of art group 12/15 on socio-cultural development of society in the second half of the 20th century. The theoretical part encompasses the socio-cultural environment and historical situation before and during the formation of the group, describes its formation, and presents the work of individual group members until their second joint exhibition. The didactic part teaches students the group's activities by utilising concepts used by 12/15. The practical part of the work carries out didactic task and by form of self-assess evaluates its feasibility and usefulness. The work includes historical documents and articles about group.

The term "discourse" in Foucault's work

The Bachelor Degree Thesis "The Term 'Discourse' in Foucault's work" focuses on elaboration of basic questions connected with Foucault's theory of discourses. It questions, whether the project is self-refuting or not and what are the main goals of the project. An analysis of R.Rorty's text "Foucault and epistemology" introduces the question what is the relation between classical epistemological tradition and Foucault's archaeology. For elaboration of this question the thesis analyses Foucault's text called "The Order of Discourse" and mainly "The Archaeology of knowledge". It concludes that Foucault's theory at it's roots enables to use the term "discourse" in such a wide significance, that Foucault can use the term as the base for a narrow interconnection of epistemology and political philosophy.
