Graphical Environment for Robot Simulation
Binko, Petr ; Drozdová, Martina (referee) ; Zbořil, František (advisor)
The work describes the Microsoft Robotics Studio tool, its logic and simulation environment. It also deals with simulation and modeling. It describes various features of simulation and model division and creation. In the next part the work deals with robotics and it contains the description of a robot and its use. Last there is the description of a program I created which generates scenes for the Microsoft Robotics Studio.
Sliding and Lifting Platform
Kučo, Stanislav ; Suchomel, Petr (referee) ; Škopán, Miroslav (advisor)
This thesis describes a project of a mobile stage device that will be used for a concert tour of Lucie. The first part characterizes the given task and expounds description and function of the device itself. The second part focuses on the design concept of supporting frames. This is followed by design and calculation of all mechanisms, actuators and construction of individual moving parts of a sliding and lifting platform. The last part verifies stability of the whole construction in accordance with appropriate standards. The thesis also contains technical documentation, which is to be found in appendix.
Comparison of Shadow Methods
Kiss, Marcel ; Milet, Tomáš (referee) ; Tóth, Michal (advisor)
This thesis talks about comparison of shadow casting techniques within a scene. In the theoretical part, it describes and compares possible solutions of shadow casting and more detailed about Shadow Mapping and Shadow Volumes, which are among the most commonly used real-time shadowing techniques. The main part is about design and implementation of these two shadow methods using the OpenGL library. In the measurement part it compares methods based on measured values. The outcome of my measurements can be found in the final part of my thesis.
Simulator of Physical Model
Šváb, Štěpán ; Richter, Miloslav (referee) ; Kaczmarczyk, Václav (advisor)
The aim of this thesis is basic methods of rendering the scene. By creating a simulation model in C# using the bullet phyzic that defines the world of physics. Creating an parser of X3D format and how its data will fill the world of physics.
Slovene National Theatre in Ljubljana
Hujo, Marián ; Kozumplík, Vladimír (referee) ; Sochor, Jan (advisor)
The basic idea of project is design national Slovenian theater in Kongresni Trg square in Ljubljana in Slovenia. The building place is located in the middle of complex of historical buildings in the centre of city. I was creating new square which will be used like modern alternativ theater scene. Main theater building is the view point of theater. Flats, comercial places, caffe and restaurants are also components of the theater square.
Minimal Representation of the Božetěchova Complex
Král, Tomáš ; Beran, Vítězslav (referee) ; Herout, Adam (advisor)
The document describes developing graphical application with limited size. It describes suitable techniques for a polygonal mesh's compression. The second part is focused on practical usage of this techniques for developing scene in 3D modeling environment and also describes how to transfer this model to the executable file. The work attends to optimalizations of source code compilation and executables compression at the final chapters.
Model robotic table soccer
Bubeník, Ľubomír ; Dokoupil, Jakub (referee) ; Pivoňka, Petr (advisor)
This thesis deals with design of lighting scenes for the robotic table football. It consists mainly of analysis of what are the lighting options and selecting the most appropriate. It also deals with creating algorithm that can detect the position of the ball at the board of table football with great reliability and with approaching to real time. Thesis also includes data processing from the camera in the system PLC.
moving objects tracking
Bradáč, František ; Gogol, František (referee) ; Richter, Miloslav (advisor)
The thesis deals with founding and tracking of moving objects inside of visual field and prediction of their future position. The created methods combine few approaches for solution this problem. First, the most probable of the static part of the observed scene is created. Then this model is used to detect moving objects. The correspondence of objects between two consecutive pictures is performed by analyzing of motion of these objects. For analyzing of motion of the objects optical flow is used. Prediction of the future position is performed by Kalman filter. Providing suitable condition these methods are able to track the moving objects even if these objects are passing closely or colliding. The methods are implemented in language C++ and their functionality was verified by sample with scanned non static scene.
Using 3D Computer Graphics for Medical Applications
Javůrek, Jan ; Herout, Adam (referee) ; Kršek, Přemysl (advisor)
This thesis describes problems 3D computer graphic modeling and design graphic system for use in medicine. Design graphic system was successfully implement for concrete application in stomatology.
"Music Scene" - a concert hall for the city of Brno
Jaroň, Ján ; Žalmanová,, Petra (referee) ; Šindlar, Jiljí (advisor)
Theme of diploma thesis is „Music scene“ - a concert hall for city of Brno. Thesis consists of architectural study of concert hall including foyer, functional and service spaces. Capacity of Hall is 724 spectators divided in three floors of auditorium and can host up to 85 of orchestral musicians and 50 members of choir. Concept makes architectural study, which respect surrounding buildings but creates interesting space.
