Criminal Liability for the Dissemination of Illegal Content on the Internet Abstract As the title of my work suggests, I deal with the issue of criminal liability for the dissemination of illegal content on the Internet. The work is not generally focused on the mechanism of creating criminal liability or shedding light on the concept of illegal content. However, these topics are defined in the first chapter, along with other concepts related to this work. The heart of this work is represented by two areas that cover most of the illegal content distributed on the Internet, namely pornography and hate crimes. These areas are the main theme of my work. The aim of this work is to analyze the issues of these two areas and especially the specifics that are associated with the virtual world. The work deals with both the regulations of European and domestic law, as well as case law. I constantly tried to compose my thoughts in my work, especially in the conclusion, where the de lege lata consideration of the criminality of using the so-called reaction buttons on social networks is described. Addiction to digital potrnography and its impact on quality of life

This work describes the impact of pornography on an individual's life, behavior, relationships and other aspects of life. Due to the relatively inconsistent definition of addiction to pornography and the impossibility of classifying it among other types of addiction, I worked with concepts such as hypersexuality and problematic watching of pornography. For my work, I chose quantitative research, done on survio.com. There were one hundred respondents through self-selection. The data obtained from the questionnaire were further analyzed in MS Excel and IBM SPSS. My goal was to find out whether men or women watch pornography more often. Whether there is a possible link between the problematic viewing of pornography and its impact on partner life. Do older people watch pornography less than younger people? Or are individuals who watch pornography more dissatisfied with their sexual partner life than individuals who do not watch it at all? The vast majority of the research sample (68%) of respondents monitored pornographic content at least once in the last month, with the frequency of monitoring 1-2 days a week prevailing among the respondents. In the theoretical part, the psychological significance of these materials and understanding thereof is being reviewed, in the context of society alignment, politics, technology development, religion, law, sociology and psychology. Nude through the lens of two male photographers and two female photographers: Jan Saudek, Robert Vano, Tereza of Davle, Michaela Brachtlová Presented diploma thesis deals with display of the female and male nude in photography from the perspective of four selected photographers, which are Jan Saudek, Robert Vano, Tereza of Davle and Michaela Brachtlová. This work is mainly focused on their photographic work, which is primarily focused on this photographic genre.The purpose of this work is to compare and evaluate the similarities and differences in the display of naked male and female body by the lens these men and women. I will focus on the issues of eroticism, vulgarity or influence a sexual orientation to above mentioned artists on their photographic work. The work will contain an interview with these artists and artist.

Diploma thesis "Child sexual abuse in Czech republic" deals with the development and especially with the stage in our republic about this issue. The thesis in the first two parts examine the issue of child sexual abuse from number of points of view, which are the actors how enter to the issue, what does the child sexual abuse mean and which are its forms, analyse the problems during the solution of this issue in Czech republic. In the second part the diploma thesis goes in for the possibilities of solution of the issue in Czech republic. With the help of the evaluation of some options, where as examples are some foreign models, in this thesis there are proposed some proceedings which would be advisable to introduce in Czech republic for the effective solution of the issue.

Research of social networks - Patreon, Onlyfans, Swag - focused on the pornography industry

In my thesis I analyze the functioning of social media, which are part of the pornographic industry. Namely, the work is focused on Patreon, OnlyFans and Swag. In my work I focus on two models and follow the development of their work habits over time. The theoretical part of the thesis also touches on a brief history of pornography on the Internet. Given the current situation, I also describe very marginally the impact of the coronavirus crisis on the porn industry. Finally, a quantitative analysis is performed using a questionnaire survey, which examines the phenomena described in this thesis.

Men versus pornography. A strategy proposal for online community Nofap

This thesis deals with the negative impact of problematic pornography use among men. Scientific results from this research area described in the theoretical part, are used for creation of strategy proposal for NoFap, an online community helping men to end their problematic pornography use. The selected product for communication is a 90-day abstinence from pornography called NoFap Reboot. The main goal of this thesis is to find a specific product benefit which would make as many members of the target group as possible to try NoFap Reboot. Quantitative research among target group strictly follows a method called Profitbooster. Excluding the gained insight into the strategic planning faze of a marketing campaign, this thesis may serve as an elementary summary of scientific results from the academic area researching the negative impact of problematic pornography use.
