Freedom at Work - Process of Transformation to Free Company

The Master's thesis analyses the proces of transformation of company to free company according to cases of companies which already completed this process. The thesis analyses particular steps of the process and focus in detail on common, specific and the most problematic phases of the process. It also analyses historical development of the concept and principles free companies are based on. The thesis includes also short analysis of personnel policy of free companies and characteristic of their leaders.

The Bachelor's thesis focuses on the analysis of Bata's system of personnel management in comparison with contemporary theoretical bases. Furthermore, it provides its comparison with personnel management of 2N TELEKOMUNIKACE a.s., a company which openly follows Bata's legacy and applies Bata's principles on the company management. The analysis of Bata's management system covers the period of 1921-1939, when the company was neither under the influence of war military contracts nor political and historical situation in Czechoslovakia after year 1939. The bachelor thesis is focused on human resource management. The thesis is divided into two parts the theoretical part and practical part. The theoretical part focuses on the summary of the terminology occurring in the practical part. These include the definition of human resource management concepts of selection and training of staff. The practical part contains the characteristics of the selected subject, further analyzes the current state of the selection and training of clerks. At the end of the work deals with suggestions to improve and improvement the current state of the selection and training of clerks.
The Comparison of the Presidency in the Czech Republic, Germany and Austria.

Annotation: In my Bachelor thesis I compare the roles of Presidents in the political systems of the Czech Republic, Austria and Germany. Despite that fact that all these neighbouring states are culturally linked and all account for parliamentary regimes, the heads of states in these countries carry out their functions in very different manners. The position of the Presidents are in my thesis examined with the help of the Tsebelis's theory of vetoplayers. The aim is to look into the fields of personal policy, foreign policy and legislative process and to ascertain, through the analysis of political and constitutional works, the exact role of the Presidents in these areas. Human Resource Management in Selected Company

Bachelor thesis deals with the processing of the topic of human resource management in the selected company. The selected company is Ricardo Prague Ltd. Human resource management gives us the opportunity to work with people in the organization - develop them. The main goal of this bachelor thesis is to describe and evaluate the human resource management of the selected company and propose appropriate measures where are deficiencies are identified. The bachelor thesis is divided into two major parts. The first, theoretical part, is focused on explanation of technical terms. Defines and analyzes in detail the terms such as human resources management, personnel strategy, personnel policy,manager. The second, practical part, use experience, obtained by own research in the selected company. The interview witch HR manager of company served as primary source of information and also for understanding of established local human resources principles. The results of the practical part were then retrospectively with pre-built theoretical knowledge from the first part. Result of that comparison helped to forms thesis conclusion and proposed improvements to further increase wuality of the human resources management in the company Ricardo Prague Ltd.

It specifies personnel activity in smaller enterprises and considerate actual personnel policy. In this bachelors's thesis is presented evaluation and remuneration system in specific company. Investing in human resources is important but underestimated part in some companies. Although satisfied and correctly motivated employee is a key to gain competative advantage in crowded market. The desk study is attend to different kinds of evaluation, further more it analyses remuneration and motivation. The practical part of this work contains present conditions in the firm which is background for my own solution. This research is based on questionnare and interview with owner.
