For this thesis company Poličské strojírny a.s. was choosen,which deals mechanical engineering. This company is located in Bořiny near the city of Polička. This thesis deal with proposal on a new regulátory base of selected components and portfolio in th particular company. The first part of thesis containstheoretical basis and totalanalysis of the company. In the second part of this thesis is created new standard of components including sugestion of the calculation. Finally total assets are evaluated in this thesis.

The main aim of my diploma thesis has deal with working conditions in the company bus ČSAD Hodonin, Inc. It touches on areas of workers compensation and evaluation. The aim is to analyze the current system of evaluation and remuneration in society, leading to the creation of proposals to improve the current situation in the company.Proposals should simplify and streamline theremuneration of workers and thus contribute to their satisfaction.

This thesis deals with questions of the evaluation systems and system of paying employees XY. The theoretical part is focused on job evaluation, salary structure, remuneration and benefits. The practical part includes the analysis of the payroll system which is supplemented by my own observations and opinions of employees. Furthermore, the analysis of competition and labour market has been performed. The last section deals with a proposal of changes in the evaluation and reward system aimed at increasing labour productivity.

Methodology is dividing the work into theoretical and analytical part. The theoretical part is focused on solving specific practices that related to the acquisition of the theoretical knowledge regarding motivation and it’s making effect on results of work performance of employees during the working process. The analytical part is dedicated to solve motivation in the company ROCHE, s. R. O. Solution of the research problem is to determine researching questions. The theoretical part summarizes current knowledge about motivation of workers and describes current trends, preferences and demands of employees. There is a research through interviews and questionnaire survey among the employees in a practical part and results are analysed. Based on these results and the information contained in the theoretical part some changes are suggested, due to which the company should have better conditions not only to keep existing employees but also to hire new ones.

This bachelor's thesis describes design and implementation of information system, which visualizes Czech statistical data of employment, unemployment and average salary. The goal is to approach these informations to students who need to determine their future job. Data are taken from Czech statistical office and Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs. For visualization was chosen information dashboard which is visual display of the most important information arranged on a single screen.

This bachelor's thesis analyzes differences between the target and the offer price of construction. The introduction is focused on explaining the basic concepts of this topic, describing the price systems and composition of budgets. The practical part focuses on prices of carcass, where is explaining the differences between main items's price in different price systems. For this work it was used price system of RTS a.s. company and ÚRS Praha a.s. which have been appraise obtained offer budgets from several companies. The aim of the work is to evaluate the difference in prices between the offer and the target price which was created in two various pricing systems.

In this thesis, the author deals with the motivation of employees in a selected company. Attention is paid to the analysis of the current motivational system, evaluation and remuneration system. The aim of this thesis is to gain theoretical knowledge and analysis of the current company status quo. Based on the analysis an effective motivational system will be proposed in order to achieve higher employee satisfaction and thus obtain better working results and an increased business performance.
