Internet social networks as a part of the system social relations among school age children

This thesis deals with the social networks, especially on social network Facebook. It surveys the basic principles of Facebook and points to the risks arising from the use of social networks and disruptive behavior on the Internet. The work is a treatise on the prevention of cyberbullying and safe behavior on the Internet. In the empirical part, through a questionnaire survey, it examines the risk behavior of students at the second stage of two primary schools in Prague, in relation to life satisfaction. The empirical part also determines life satisfaction associated with the object and method of communication on Facebook. Web social networks and galleries as the support of building career of individual in the field of the art photography

The master thesis is focused on recent inosculation of photography and modern information technologies and also on a daptation of photography to current trends in communication. Special emphasis is set on fine-art photography. Besides delimitation of problem the first part of the text is dedicated to foundation and history of photography where the author refers to dramatic changes that had taken place in the early beginnings. The second part is dealing with contemporary phenomenon - social networks and their moving into the virtual space of the Internet during last decade. The author aims on key aspects of social networks which have a significant influence when in combination with photography. The next part shortly deals with problems of copyright that show up in relation to digital photography. Part of text is devoted analysis of several selected systems specialized in fine-art photography publishing and eventually their selling. The author describes their significant attributes, principles on which they are based and mentions differences among each other. The fundamental part of the document is focused on practical view of interconnection between fine-art photography and digital information technologies whereas the ideas relates to pieces of knowledge gained from several selected and interviewed...
Tools enhancing audience loyalty

This thesis examines the issue of customer loyalty as a marketing discipline across industrial sectors and applies the gained knowledge in the environment of performing arts. It shows real experiences of companies and statistical data demonstrating the importance of loyal customers. It discovers the attitude of Czech theaters to this issue through its own survey and also refers to foreign research. The thesis is mentioning the topic of collecting personal data and CRM. In the practical and the largest part of the document is author writing about modern tools serving to maintain daily contact with the audience and occasional activities to support the relationships (social networks, e-mail marketing, club / loyalty program, SMS marketing, telemarketing, correspondence direct mail, web chat, special events, crowdfunding) and suggests the ways of their correct and effective use. The thesis underlines the potential of the particular tools in relation to the topic. Chapters about tools for enhancing audience loyalty are supplemented by successful examples of cultural and non-profit sector.

This bachelor thesis about creating succesful viral video for nonprofit organization in Czech republic focuses on practical point of view. It explores the utilization of particular experience and professional knowledge of relevant people and tries to deduce some useful conclusions. The part of the thesis is the description and analysis of creating of a particular successful viral video, which was created by the author of this thesis. Thus, the thesis suggests deep look into creative process of the video.
Social Community in Social Networks on the Internet

The subject of this thesis is a study of the use of the social networking site Facebook in relation to a selected social community from the point of view of the author. The aim of this thesis is to analyse the selected social community and to address this issue, four aspects concerning the selected community are analysed; structure, sociopreferential relationships, social capital and social integration. In the first part of the thesis, I describe the existing theoretical knowledge about social integration, the sociological concept of social community, social capital and its theories and the history and basic characteristics of social networking sites. In the second part of the thesis, I describe the selected community's structure and the processing of data, obtained from research, exploring the frequency of social interactions in this community during a defined period of time. Through chosen sociometric methods, I draw conclusions which address the four aspects outlined above, thus fulfilling the aim of this thesis. The outcome and significance of this thesis is to provide inspiration to companies to achieve greater efficiency of performance by working more effectively with their employee teams.
Social Media in Theatre Promotion

In the first part the bachelor thesis introduces the concept of social media, its specific types, and also the characteristics of marketing of non-profit cultural organizations. It summarizes several recommendations on social media work in terms of content creation, especially on Facebook. The second part is dedicated to the concrete Prague theaters and their use of the social media in practice. Theatres are subjected to a brief analysis. The conclusion evaluates the use of social media of the studied theatres and recommends improvements.
How to recruite and retain quality workers in the ICT business

The thesis is focused on describing the procedures through which organizations can acquire and retain high-quality long-term workers in the ICT sector. Most of the described procedures can be easily transfered to other industries. Brand new approaches that can be applied in the process of recruitment, are discussed as well, specifically, the possibility of using online social networks such as Facebook, LinkedIn or Twitter. Outsourcing is another, fairly new option of acquiring employees. An example of such a service is oDesk. The following part of the work describes the processes that are used in recruitment and retaining the skilled employees in the Unicorn company, which is the major producer of software in the Czech Republic. Despite Unicorn`s long-term achievements and experience in implementing the various human resources management and other related activities in order to acquire and maintain high-quality employees, the author was able to formulate specific proposals and recommendations that may contribute to their further improvement and streamlining. These recommendations are subject to the final part of the thesis.
