Movement control of an industrial robot model
Smrčka, Jiří ; Bradáč, Zdeněk (referee) ; Zezulka, František (advisor)
The thesis aims to put in practice control unit of industrial robot ROB 2-6. The control unit is put in practice with the use of processor from the ARM STM32F100 family. Altogether with the control module it is supposed to be also realized HMI which will enable program loading and servicing of the control unit. The visualization model and algorithm of track planning is also realized within this work.
Engine Motormanagement Software
Huška, Lukáš ; Kuchyňková, Hana (referee) ; Hájek, Vítězslav (advisor)
This master thesis deals with ignition systems which are used in cars vehicles with gas engines and also with setting of the best moment of ignition of gasoline-air mixture in cylinders of engine. Ways of gas injection at diesel engines and their control systems are also described in this thesis. Next chapter deals with control unit and describes main actions which are necessary for today’s motor vehicles. As illustration is used example of succession of actions which are necessary for calculation and setting regular value of pre-ignition. At the end is shown animation, which can be used for practice lessons in a subject Automobile Electric and Electronic Systems as a example. It will simplify understanding of described activities which are all accomplished by central control unit. For purposes of laboratory lessons is in this thesis also discussed measuring of engine performance with changes of parameter of central control unit.
Data diagnostics in modern car control units
Hájek, Ondřej ; Vítek, Richard (referee) ; Prokeš, Aleš (advisor)
Presented Diploma thesis is aimed on design and implementation of car diagnostic interface of engine control units EDC. Diagnostic interface provide communication between car and computer by USB interface. User will be able to task commands by developed computer application. For developing application is necessary to get information about used protocols and basic knowledge in car’s hardware. Understanding OBD2 standard and communication protocol CAN, eventually KWP is necessary for design the solution. Main purpose of this thesis is to store enough usable information about car diagnostic for future continuation.
Control Unit for Humanoid Robot
Florián, Tomáš ; Kopečný, Lukáš (referee) ; Žalud, Luděk (advisor)
The main goal of this project is to understand broadband sold Robonova-I humanoid robot and to design new improvements. The thesis is divided into five main chapters: The first of them (Robonova-I) is concerning the kit of Robonova-I, its completion and control possibilities. In details it deals with used servo motors, their operating and compares them. The next chapter is concerning the design of the control unit along with description of architecture of the processor and control possibilities with demonstrational board. In third there is a software solution of particular methods and commands which control the unit with demonstrational board. Chapter “The Design of Printed Circuit Board” describes facilities of the designed printed circuit board. The last chapter describes the final program for robot control through the use of computer and some of the algorithms by means of which the robot controls the microprocessor.
Design of control module for bus air-condition
Melichárek, Lukáš ; Šandera, Josef (referee) ; Rákoci, Matúš (advisor)
This graduation theses is focus on hardware and software description for control module, which is part of air-condition unit made be company THERMO KING. All circuit connected thought buses like IIC,CAN and display are explain in detail.
Control unit for automotive parking sensors
Otáhal, Jiří ; Klimeš, David (referee) ; Vejlupek, Josef (advisor)
This thesis focuses on programing a control unit for automotive ultrasonic sensors in Matlab Simulink environment. It designs the schematic of the control unit based on the previous version using Eagle, and realizes this design.
Possibility of Measurement Automation
Ilichman, Ondřej ; Košíková, Jana (referee) ; Vdoleček, František (advisor)
The thesis is focused on the automation of measurement with the using of hardware and software. Efforts to objectification processes and eliminating human influence on the outcome are increasingly reflected in the technical fields of measurement. In this work, methods of measurement modification, transformation and subsequent analysis of the measured quantity are discussed. Since nowadays it is possible to automate nearly all types of measurement, it is shown, under what circumstances is appropriate to use automated measurements. The final section is devoted to solution of software and hardware design for measuring temperature in the server room. They are proposed 3 possible solutions and on the basis of their analysis the optimal variant is chosen.
Electronic systems of tractor engines with output power over 80 kW
Schűssel, Jiří ; Ambróz, Richard (referee) ; Prokop, Aleš (advisor)
This Bachelor's thesis deals with the electronic systems of currently produced tractors with a power above 80 kW. The work contains an overview of these systems, ordered by functional nodes of tractor. For all these electronic systems is given a brief description.
Design of control board for autonomous mobile robot.
Mašek, Petr ; Marada, Tomáš (referee) ; Věchet, Stanislav (advisor)
This bachelor's thesis deals with design and realization of the control board, that enables the control of an autonomous mobile robot. Simultaneously it deals with possible control alternatives of the similar robots concerning the construction. The outcome of this thesis is the control board, that communicates with the computer via the Bluetooth technology. The position of the robot is controlled via two differential drives and few infrared sensors are used to collision avoidance. The board is composed of standard parts available.
Electronic Control Units for Racing Engines
Daniel, Petr ; Beran, Martin (referee) ; Svída, David (advisor)
The bachelor’s thesis deals with the electronic control of racing engines. This procedure performs electronic programmable control unit, which is the brain of all electronic operations in the engine. First is described the principle of electronic control. Further are presented the programmable control units and their features and specifications. The unit proPDM includes necessary equipment for proper function of the control unit. Each of the manufacturers uses their own software.
