This thesis “Proposal for an Employee Assessment System“ deals with a proposal for workers` evaluation including rewards and workers` professional development. The assessment and reward system is a very efficient motivation factor. Hence this system needs to be just and absolutely clear to the workers. Based on an analysis of a current state in the company described in the practical part of this thesis, I shall propose a new and more efficient assessment system.

Motivation of Employees Analysis and Proposals of Stimulation Instruments

The subject of the submitted thesis is an influence of motivation and stimulation in a company on the labour performance of its employees. The thesis specifies a definition of terms such as motivation and stimulation, determinates motivational sources and stimulants in a company. It analyses the situation of the Backer Elektro CZ Comp.. The aim is to evaluate used motivational resources and to find out how the employees are satisfied with basic motivational factors. In the conclusion of this thesis the changes which should contribute to a higher motivation of the company employees are suggested.

Pracovný stres zaměstnancov v službách vybraných podnikov

This bachelor’s thesis deals with stress and the impact of stress on employees in the services of companies in the city of Brno. The goal of this thesis is to pro-pose methods for employees to reduce the impact of a work stress during their duty. Reducing employee stress will increase work satisfaction and motivation. The literary research of the thesis utilizes professional literature on work stress, types of stress, and consequences on personal and work life (work-life bal-ance). The analytical part is divided into two units. The first part consists of a quantitative solution focused on work stress among employees in lower levels of hospitality. The second part consists of qualitative interviews with four owners or managers of various gastronomic establishments in the city of Brno.

1 Flexible forms of work performance Abstract This diploma thesis concerns the topic of flexible forms of work performance, which is very relevant in today's era of rapid technological progress and changing labour market. Its aim was to describe those institutes of flexible work performance that are regulated by the Labour Code, as well as to consider each institute's advantages and disadvantages and to offer a view on the possible development of labour law. The considerations de lege ferenda are based on the identified practical shortcomings of the current legislation and the direction of the European Union, which to some extent determines the image of the domestic legal order. Part of the thesis is devoted to a brief introduction of several basic concepts essential for understanding further interpretation of flexible forms of employment. Furthermore the text focuses on the activities of the European Union and especially those of the Court of Justice. In particular it describes its fundamental doctrines concerning the direct effect of directives. In this context, the thesis presents two relatively new directives, which should have already been implemented into our legal system.
