Vehicle Hydropneumatic Systems
Ševčík, Michal ; Míša, Jiří (referee) ; Blaťák, Ondřej (advisor)
This work deals with hydropneumatic suspension systems. It is a narrow development branch of suspension that has a stable position in the current market. It brings with it a number of key functions that can be essential to the main workload of certain machinery. The downside of these features is often the design and financial complexity of the system. For this reason, the system is mainly compared with the classical concept of conventional suspension systems with steel springs. The wide range of functions that the system can provide is also described. Based on the theoretical knowledge, the concept of a hydropneumatic suspension system for the Ford TRUCKS 1833 DC is proposed. A series of calculations are performed to determine the basic parameters of the system. The obtained results are used to select system components from the current market offer. The hydraulic cylinders, which are one of the main components of the hydropneumatic units, are designed specifically for the vehicle based on strength calculations.

Electronic Control Systems of Vehicle Springing and Damping System
Ladatkin, Vladislav ; Hejtmánek, Petr (referee) ; Blaťák, Ondřej (advisor)
The bachelor's thesis explores the topic of electronic suspension and damping control systems of vehicles. Modern suspension systems make it possible to solve the existing conflict between ride comfort and vehicle handling by reacting to changing driving conditions in real time. The theoretical part of the thesis is dedicated to a detailed description of current electronic control systems, including the construction of springs, shock absorbers and control valves. The practical part focuses on the design of a rotary adjustable damper valve for an adaptive suspension system. The results of this work contribute to a better understanding of modern technologies in the field of vehicle suspension and damping control.
Springing and Damping of Bikes
Borovička, Jan ; Hejtmánek, Petr (referee) ; Blaťák, Ondřej (advisor)
This thesis focuses on the creation of a computational model of a full-suspension bicycle, with the model developed using the MSC Adams View software. The literature review section describes damping units and various types of rear linkages, which are crucial for the functioning of suspension systems in bicycles. The practical part of the thesis details the structure of the model and the sensitivity analysis, examining the impact of different parameters on the model's behavior. To validate the results of the computational model, physical measurements were conducted to verify its accuracy and correctness. The thesis concludes with a proprietary design of a full-suspension bicycle, based on the insights and analyses carried out during the development and testing of the model.

Kubiš, Vojtěch ; Kaplan, Zdeněk (referee) ; Píštěk, Václav (advisor)
This bachelor thesis is concerned of development of transaxles in automobiles. Overview of types of axles is mentioned here as well as their working principles. Attention is also given to suspension and damping with description of how it works. In this thesis are described solutions of selected cars suspensions.
Sheet Metal Stretch Forming Process
Lorenc, Tomáš ; Císařová, Michaela (referee) ; Peterková, Eva (advisor)
In this work, elaborated in the bachelor study, there is a general overview of the sheet metal stretch forming methods. The stretch forming processes shift the boundary properties of the materials and merge process of drawing and bending into one operation. That's why it's possible to do products from materials, which can not be possible to form by other methods in the same quality Positives of this technology are the minimization of cushioning, the production of complex, precise surface shapes, etc. The contribution of this work is a systematic summary of the principles that should be used as a tool for teaching or as a basis for the wider development of this method.
Design of bending tool for V-bending sheet
Zedníček, Zbyněk ; Štroner, Marek (referee) ; Dvořák, Milan (advisor)
The object of the bachelor work is the design of the bending tool for V-bedning. The sheet segment of the shovel of the conveyor belt is assigned. The introductory part deals with the problems of preparation of the semi-finished product and the analysis of possibilities of bending technology. Then the suitable technology is chosen. In the next part there are introduced technological aspects of the design of the piece of the sheet component and there are made computatious for the design of bending and the preparation of the semi-finished product, minimum and maximum bending radius, suspension, bending power and work, computation of the straightened length of the component and the total consumption of the material. The design of the tool for bending of the segment is made on the basis of technological computations. Economical assessment of the production is made, material costs for the tool bending are introduced and the selling price of the shovel of the conveyor belt is determinated. The whole course of the design is summarized in the conclusion.
Simulation modeling of a vibration absorber
Kukačka, Radek ; Vetiška, Jan (referee) ; Březina, Lukáš (advisor)
The bachelor thesis gives an overview of different design solutions to car shock absorbers. The rest of the thesis describes a simplified model of passive shock absorber and its optimization. The survey contains shock absorbers used in the present. There are various passive telescopic dampers and modern semi active and active electronically controlled damping systems. The second part includes several simplified models of passive dampers. There is described an optimization of the damper parameters with respect to the displacement of the primary mass for each of the models.
