Na základě navrhované struktury studie proveditelnosti dle Jiřího Fotra a Ivana Součka je studie proveditelnosti provedena. Práce obsahuje analýzu současné situace na trhu akreditovaných laboratoří, popis potřebných zdrojů, finanční analýzu a posouzení a identifikuje rizika spojená s realizací projektu transformace současné laboratoře.

This diploma thesis deals with modifications to the marketing mix of a selected restaurant. The theoretical part contains a definition of the concepts related to the topic of this theses. In the analytical part, an analysis of external and internal environment is performed, and the current marketing mix is determined. The analytical part includes marketing research in the form of mystery shopping. The last part of the thesis consists of proposals for modifications to the marketing mix.

This diploma thesis focuses on comparison of selected competing companies on the Polish market and recommendation for the selected company called Kolštejn wellness center with the goal of regaining Polish clients. The company provides hospitality and provision of wellness services as is visible from the company name. The thesis is divided into three main parts. The first part describes goals, methods and processing procedures. At the same time it is dedicated to the theoretical background of the thesis which is necessary for correct understanding and comprehension of the issue. Second part contains the application of the findings. Based on provided research and identified facts, concrete proposals and recommendations for improving the situation in the last part of the thesis.

The diploma thesis is focused on the method of marketing research called mystery shopping. The thesis describes the types of services, customer satisfaction, communication with the customer, marketing research and the mystery shopping and why it is good to use this method. There are also listed and described mystery shopping techniques, who and where they are used. The practical part deals with the analysis of the mystery shopping data that is performed in the selected company. Based on their quality, the data are subjected to a critical analysis and, depending on the results found, recommendations are given on how to avoid or prevent future weaknesses.

Bachelor thesis deals with proposals for the development of business activities of Danish company ECCO operating in the global market. The subject of business is the production and sale of leather shoes for men, women and children. The proposals are aimed at activities by which the company deepen and reinforce relationships with its customers. Based on the analyzes and mystery shopping I’m able to examine the competition and define the steps that will lead to building a strong premium brand and increase customer satisfaction. My goal is using a specific approach to create the consumer shopping experience, develop the businesses activities and promote product sales. The basic standard applied in the creation of the proposal, is to develop customer value.

The main goal of the final work are proposals in the field of human resources management in the company Víno Sýkora s.r.o. Based on the analysis of the current situation, the focus of the work was mainly on the analysis of jobs, motivation of employees and their further education. The selected relevant methods that were used for data collection were the analysis of internal documents and interviews with the company's employees. Among the key proposals that appear to be appropriate for improving the current situation, staff training and the creation of a new department have been developed.

The object of this work is the analysis and proposals for changes to the marketing tools to enhance the competitiveness of the hotel. The thesis compares the theoretical knowledge with reality in the hotel, specifies opportunities for changes and methods, how to achieve these opportunities. Based on the analysis of the competitors, SWOT analysis and the questionnaire the proposals for change will be identified.
