Formulation of polyester nanoparticles.

The thesis was directed to the detailed study of the influence of preparation process on parameters of size and surface charge of nanoparticles fabricated from aliphatic polyesters. Linear poly(DL-lactic-co-glycolic acid) and terpolymer of tripenterthritol with DL-lactic acid and glycolic acid with branched molecule were used as model drug carriers. Nanoparticles were prepared by emulsion-solvent distribution and evaporation method. Ethylmethylketon and ethylacetate were effective as polyester solvents, while nanoparticles prepared from dichloromethane and ethylformate were the worst in the view of evaluated parameters. Nanoparticles prepared from methylformate and methylacetate solutions were polydisperse, because of the dual mechanism of their formation by dispersion by shear stirring and simultaneously by spontaneous turbulent efflux of solvent into the external aqueous phase. Extremely low concentrations of emulsifiers in the range from 0,025 % to 0,20 % were used. As emulsifying agents were more efficient sodiumlaurethsulfate and laurylhydroxysultain as sodiumlaurylsulfate. Changes of pH towards acid and alkaline side had not influence the characteristics of samples. Training of employees in a non-school organization

This diploma thesis deals with the education of employees in non-school organization. The thesis is divided into two parts, part of theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part focuses on how education should be set up in non-school organizations, how to identify educational needs and how to apply them to practice. More specifically, this theoretical part focuses primarily on corporate education in general, on resources and characteristics of company education, strategy, goals, methods and also the complete process from identification of educational needs, planning, implementation to evaluation of education itself. The practical part of this diploma thesis is focused on the selected organization XY, which is described throughout this work as the "Kernel a." Organization, as it wished to remain anonymous. In the Kernel a.s. an assessment has been made of how learning needs are identified, how the education is planned, implemented and subsequently evaluated. All this information has been evaluated on the basis of the Internal Education Directive and also on the basis of data obtained through the questionnaire survey method from the random staff of the company under investigation. Title of Thesis: Formulation of polyester nanoparticles using variants of emulsion methods The experimental plan of the thesis was intended to the study of three preparation methods of biodegradable in water insoluble nanoparticles made from polyester drug carriers. Following three methods were realized: The method of spontaneous emulsification by turbulent solvent flow from inner into outer emulsion phase was the first, the classic emulsion solvent distribution and evaporation method by the using of high speed homogenizer was the second one, and the method based on polymer solution emulsification by sonication was the last one. As model polyester drug carrier was selected terpolymer of DL-lactic acid, glycolic acid and tripentaerythritol. As solvents of this polymer were choosen commonly used acetone, methylformate was tested as in this field novel ingredient. Comparison of Motor Coordination Tests for Pre-school Children

COMPARISON OF MOTOR d{OORDINATION TESTS FOR PRE- SCHOOL CHILDREN The pre-school child is in physiotherapy regarded as a unique, individua! being, with a completed postural development. With the help of play and individua! stimulation aids, the child is supposed to further elaborate on other skills dependent on gradual maturation of cerebellum and the overall development of his/her character. Majority of Czech physiotherapists do not employ the terminology defined by the concept of coordination abilities. The concept of motor abilities is currently not used either among Czech anthropomotorists. Particularly the coordination abilities as described by Hirtz in 1985 (and updated in 2002) are considered to be rather informative - non- metric. The tests applied in German research projects whose objective is to estimate the coordination quality in pre-school children do not include some important aspects that are crucial for coordinated locomotive activities, and thus also indispensable to diagnostics. Analysis on Debt Collection Effectiveness

This thesis deals with performance of law protection function and a subsequent recoverability in the field of debt collection. The subject of this work is to compare debt collection effectiveness via judicial proceedings and private entities. Exercise of judicial power is one of the basic functions of the State; however, given the knowledge of the low success of the recovery procedure, it is extended to alternative methods of dispute resolution. Private executors focusing on exercising judicial power, debt collection agencies dealing primarily with extrajudicial debt collection and arbitration facilitating extrajudicial dispute resolution by means of independent arbitrators all provide other means of law enforcement. This work focuses on and analysis of the above mentioned systems and comparison of their effectiveness with regard to their efficiency and success when attempting to protect creditors' rights. The aim of the mentioned comparison is to prove a debt collection efficiency increase caused by an entry of private entities into the market (alternative ways of dispute resolution).

The master thesis "Launch of the new product in BeBe Dobré ráno range" describes development and launch of the new BeBe Dobré ráno extracereal on the market. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate launch of the novelty and based on the results of the research, propose the strategy for next possible launch in BeBe Dobré ráno range. The theoretical part of the thesis explains key terms as brand, strategic brand management and innovations. Practical part is focused mainly on development and launch of the novelty BeBe Dobré ráno extracereal, but the readers can also gain some acknowledge about BeBe Dobré ráno brand and Opavia company.

The specifics of consumer buying behaviour in a particular financial service

The diploma thesis aims to capture the specifics of financial products that mostly affect consumers in the market. In the first theoretical part we encounter terms such as intangibility, inseparability or contingent consumption of financial products. The thesis then incorporates those specifics into the consumer behaviour in financial markets, especially in the purchase decision process. Subsequently, it focuses on the specific situation in the banking market in the Czech Republic, including the market shares of banks as well as the offers of current accounts. The practical part of the work shows through a primary research - conducted by polling Czech consumer of bank accounts - how people not only acquire this financial service but also use it. This section is concluded by a shorter secondary research which uses data from the professional marketing database MML-TGI. Finally, on the basis of previous research findings it formulates conclusions in a form of marketing recommendations for banks.

Impact of BTL activities to Rexona brand on the Czech market

The thesis describes the influence of BTL activities (especially sales promotion) to the brand development. The theoretical part covers the background which is necessary for the practical part. It focuses on the commercial communications, sales promotion, consumer competitions and brand. Because in the practical part the questionnaire is made marketing research is also mentioned. The practical part introduces Unilever CR and the role of Customer Marketing department in marketing structure. The following part introduces Rexona brand, its portfolio and also the projects which were implemented in 2008. Then the market of deodorants and distribution channels are characterized. Sales promotion of Rexona and its competitors are analyzed. Then the results of survey, which focuses on consumption and shoping habits, are interpreted. Finally the recommendations for sales promotion are formulated.
