The role of psychological services in a Integrated rescue servis

In our work we marked out a charting of psychosocial service within the Integrated rescue system with the aim to describe the possibilities and the deficiences of this system within the Czech Republic. The usage of psychosocial help during extreme events is very popular nowadays and each organization which involves helping at such events, tries to provide it. Its history is relatively short, it has been pushing itself dramatically last 20 years. Nevertheless, it has already obtained a bad reputation. The conception including aims isn't clear and the misusage of help very frequent. Nowadays psychological help is considered modern, however dangerous at the same time because it can lead to groundless and inappropriate actions.

The dissertation thesis: THE ISSUES OF THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS IN THE COMPETENCY BASED MANAGEMENT SYSTEM Mgr. Tereza Raisová ABSTRACT The dissertation thesis focuses on the topic of competences, the Competency Based Management and especially the method of the Competency Based Interview. The thesis aim is the underestanding of the competences in the pedagogical, andragogical and human resource management meanings. The thesis focuses primarily on the professional competences of the high performance, their identification, development, and the possibility of their usage in the recruitment, training and evaluation system, respective in the Human Resources Management system. Corporate culture

The subject of bachelor thesis is a corporate culture; after introducing the concept, the term is analysed from the point of view of its structure and its typology. Corporate culture is then examined in context of international corporations and problems connected with encounters of distinct culture standards. The thesis are based on the work of Dutch scientist Geert Hofstede. Corporate social responsibility is presented as a demonstration of corporate culture, the relation between corporate social responsibility and corporate culture is analysed in detail. The benefits of social responsibility and its criticisms are also introduced.
Project development of outdoor management training

This thesis is introducing the development of outdoor training management which is a more often a part of education trainings in several companies during last Years. Thesis consists of theoretical part composed on specialized literature and practical part. The first part of theoretical thesis which is foundation for empirical part is based on individual steps preparation of outdoor training. Its includes also the communication between supplying company and customer. The second part is compost of analyses which compares three outdoor training offers based of satisfaction questionnaires surveys. The final part of this thesis is focused on important aspects during the supplier selection describing and discovering these aspects. The thesis by it's character outlines instructions for outdoor training preparation.
Personal and social development through dramatic improvisation

The author focuses in her work on the importance and possibilities of dramatic improvisation in the social-personal development of adults. She points out principles and rules of this method, which can help in the development of each person's potential. Subsequently, she concentrates especially on themes like barrier outdoing, self-confidence, single-mindedness, fantasy, emotion control, acting skills and the art of dialog. Furthermore, in the preparation and implementation of courses she emphasizes principles and methods in accordance with the didactic cycle C-M-I-A-R-E. Author presents requirements for instructors as well as overall organization of those courses. In conclusion, model exercises, which can be faced by participants of dramatic improvisation, are shown. Author then explains their purposes and analyzes them step by step.

The responsibility lies primarily in its planning, the management and the control of the personnel activities. Many companies are becoming "leaming organizations". Education of employees in the multicultural organization

Résumé This thesis focuses on the education of employees in international corporations. Its aim is to introduce this problem in a broader context, especially that of international business. Firstly, in this work an international corporation is understood as an organisation, firm or company in which individuals of many different cultural backgrounds meet and interact. Therefore, the thesis also occupies itself with subcategorie of cultural theories, the characterization of an international corporation as such and, moreover, international personal management with an emphasis on managing expatriates. However, the most attention is paid to certain educational specifics of international corporations. The processes of adaptation and reintegration are described in detail as are the problems of intercultural learning and intercultural training. To conclude, this thesis attempts to summarize theoretical bases and to bring forth new ideas on the basis of study available Czech and foreign literature in the context of the given issue.
Trends of adult education in the Czech Republic and in Sweden

The subject of this diploma thesis is to outline the system of further education in two countries of different development level (historical, economical and social) but both members of European Union. Our aim is to create a work based on a comparison of an understanding for further education in the state system of Czech republic and Sweden, introduce ideas of citizens, what do the include into the further education, compare factors of motivation and factors of barriers. Our aim is to create the picture of differences and also common features of these two countries in one of the categories of the concept of lifelong learning - further education.
