Mobbing as a current problem, its solutions and the possibillities of prevention

The presented bachelor thesis covers the topic of mobbing. This phenomenon can also be labelled as psychological terror or bullying in the workplace. The first part of the bachelor thesis is theoretical and describes how the term mobbing arises and the history of the term mobbing. Then it describes what the term mobbing means and what similar terms include (bossing, staffing). The thesis further focuses on the causes of mobbing formation, the phases of mobbing and their progress. The thesis also deals with the consequences of mobbing and with the possibilities of mobbing prevention and solutions. The empirical part includes a quantitative analysis of mobbing occurrence and mobbing awareness among employees. Then it compares if there are any differences between the state administration and the commercial sphere. The sample involved 100 respondents from the state administration and 100 respondents from the commercial sphere. The analysis discovered low mobbing awareness and differences in mobbing occurrence between the state administration and the commercial sphere.
Attraction and recruitment of university graduates: different perspectives of interested parties

5 Abstract This diploma thesis titled as Attraction and recruitment of university graduates: different perspectives of interested parties discusses the possible implementation of graduate recruitment within different organization. The text is divided into a theoretical part, which outlines the basic terminology and describes human resource activities connected with graduate recruitment and possible psychological profile and characteristics of graduates. The following chapters discuss situations that affect the perception of graduates in the labour market. The last chapter describes the available studies and investigations related to the evaluation of processes by participants. The empirical part focuses on the recruitment and selection of graduates in five different companies. The qualitative approach was used and semi-structured interviews were held with recruiters and graduates. The empirical part includes a comparison of processes in different companies, evaluate websites in the context of graduate recruitment and discuss the aspects of these processes, such as the perceived length of selection procedures, salary expectations of graduates and among other findings, what was most important to graduates when considering job offers. The influence of leadership style on employees' motivation to take responsibility for self-development

This thesis is devoted to the development of employees in the organization, their motivation to further self-education and formulation of recommendations aimed at the relevsnt use of stimulative and motivational elements. Attention will be paid to the leadership style of managers as a factor of employee's motivation whatsoever for its further development responsibility. Subject to examination and the objective of the work is to evaluate the role of leadership style in the education process in the organization and add the existing knowledge with the relationship between leadership styles and motivation to actively participate in the acquisition and diffusion of knowledge and skills. With the research survey, questionnaire and interviews is made an analysis on the motivation of employees in specific organizations and evaluation of factors that have a major impact on employees motivation to their further developement. Benefit of supervision for mentoring relation between volunteers and socially disadvantaged children

The aim of my work is to focus on the use of supervision as a suitable method development and support of volunteers who give their leisure time to children from socially disadvantaged conditions. Their work is very challenging, because social work or education is not often main field of volounteers, so they are laymen in this area. My aim is to determine the benefits of this method to volunteer as a method of self- knowledge and as a support in their work with children on the other side. I'll be based my on the methodology of organization mentoringových programs Hestia, os, where I work as a volunteer for a long time and with this topic I have practical experience. In the empirical section, I will survey the benefits of supervision in terms of supervizor and supervizants based on their experience.
Superlearning

This specialized thesis is dedicated to the subject of superlearning. Its main objectives are clearly organized and meaningful completion of the present knowing of the given question and mediation of information about possible use of so-called right- -hemisphere didactic methods and systems in language teaching in the Czech Republic. The thesis is composed of four main chapters. Superlearning is very often ranked among the didactic methods. The first chapter is dedicated to them. But superlearning is the special didactic system, it is said and explained in the second chapter. Its parts are also clarifying of relation with suggestopaedia and description of their common principles. The penultimate chapter treats of the phases of the group tuition of superlearning, superlearning as a way of self education and the method of language teaching called DME, which exploits the effective tenets of superlearning. The subject of the fourth chapter is the use of so-called right-hemisphere didactic methods and systems in language teaching in Czech practice. Problems of alcoholism in relation to working life

The bachelor thesis deals with the problems of alcoholism in relation to working life. First, the attention is paid to alcoholism itself in terms of its conception, process and an individual who suffers from it. Then the thesis focuses on three possible causes of alcoholism associated with working life, which are stress, tolerant environment to alcohol consumption and unemployment. The attention is also aimed at high-risk professions of hospitality workers, laborers, medics and artists; it also deals with the impact of alcoholism on job performances of both an alcoholic and his colleagues. The thesis is also concerned with the problem of alcohol in the workplace in terms of the Labour Code and the employer sanctions. This topic is illustrated by a specific example of an employer procedure in addressing problems with alcohol in the workplace. Besides, the thesis addresses the issue of alcoholism prevention in connection with working life. In the end, the theoretical findings are illustrated by an alcoholic's work experiences as well as with the perspective of an individual who was in a close working contact with an alcoholic.

Based on the SWOT analysis methods, STEP analysis, competitive analysis and in- depth interview work brings an analysis of the external and internal environment of the department. The benefit of my thesis are recommendations to improve the golf complex marketing strategy in a competitive environment.
The influence of culture of the organization on the

This bachelor thesis deals with the relationship between the form of the organizational culture and functioning of the organization. There are defined the basic views of the organizational culture, its components and classification according to different typologies. Particular chapters are devoted to the relationship of organizational culture, strategy and structure of the organization and perception of the organizational culture in context of the national culture. The relationship between the national culture of Czechs and Germans is explored in greater detail. There are discussed the specifics, common features of the two national cultures and historical contexts of their origin. The concluding part of the thesis is focused on the investigation of the circumstances and consequences of consolidation of a small original Czech advertising agency Kaspen with a large German international agency Jung von Matt. Education and employment of people within penitenciary and postpenitenciary care

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to provide the reader with the insight into penitentiary and post-penitentiary care. It tries to describe the period of custodial sentence with its possible impacts on the sentenced person and the society. It puts a special emphasis on the purpose of custodial sentence which is a successful reintegration of prisoners back into the community and mitigation of the risk of their relapse. The importance of education and employment is stressed in this context and also within the programs for convicts and within post-penitentiary care. The thesis also describes specific groups of people that tend to appear in prisons and methods employed for their care. A special emphasis is put on individual approach to prisoners. The current trend of alternative sentencing is also mentioned. The thesis paints an overall picture of the contemporary conditions of the Czech prison service, including the possibilities of education and work activities in selected prisons. For these purposes the following sources are used - scientific literature, laws and regulations of the Czech Ministry of Justice and current statistics of the Czech Prison Service.
