Cílem mé práce je zaměřit se na využití supervize jako vhodného způsobu rozvoje a podpory dobrovolníků, kteří věnují svůj volný čas dětem ze sociálně znevýhodněného prostředí. Jejich práce je velmi náročná, neboť jako dobrovolníci často sociální práce nebo pedagogika není jejich hlavním oborem, a proto jsou v této oblasti laiky. Mým cílem je zjistit přínos této metody na jedné straně pro dobrovolníky jako metodu sebepoznání a na druhé jako podpory při jejich práci s dětmi. Budu vycházet z metodiky mentoringových programů organizace Hestia, o.s., kde jako dobrovolník působím již delší dobu a s tímto tématem mám praktické zkušenosti. V empirické části se budu věnovat zjišťování přínosu supervize z pohledu supervidovaného i supervizora na základě jejich zkušeností. The aim of my work is to focus on the use of supervision as a suitable method development and support of volunteers who give their leisure time to children from socially disadvantaged conditions. Their work is very challenging, because social work or education is not often main field of volounteers, so they are laymen in this area. My aim is to determine the benefits of this method to volunteer as a method of self- knowledge and as a support in their work with children on the other side. I'll be based my on the methodology of organization mentoringových programs Hestia, os, where I work as a volunteer for a long time and with this topic I have practical experience. In the empirical section, I will survey the benefits of supervision in terms of supervizor and supervizants based on their experience.
