4 Abstrakt Diplomová práce s názvem Rozdílné pohledy zúčastněných stran při získávání a výběru absolventů vysokých škol pojednává o možnostech realizace výběrového a náborového procesu pro absolventy. Práce zohledňuje názory jednotlivých představitelů tohoto procesu: personálního oddělení a absolventů. Práce je rozdělena na pětidílnou teoretickou část, ve které je nastíněna základní terminologie a popsány personální činnosti související se získáváním a výběrem absolventů. Dále je diskutována role absolventa a jeho psychologický profil. V dalších kapitolách jsou rozebrány vlivy, které s danou problematikou souvisí. Poslední kapitola teoretické části popisuje dostupné výzkumy a šetření a souvisí s hodnocením výběrových řízení ze stran účastníků. Empirická část se zaměřuje na nábor a výběr absolventů v pěti různých společnostech. Využíván je kvalitativní přístup pomocí polostrukturovaných rozhovorů, které probíhaly s personalisty a absolventy. Empirická část obsahuje srovnání procesů v jednotlivých společnostech, zhodnocení internetových stránek v kontextu náboru absolventů a diskuzi nad aspekty těchto procesů jako je vnímaná délka výběrových řízení, platová očekávání absolventů a mimo jiné i zjištění, co bylo pro absolventy nejdůležitější při zvažování pracovní nabídky. Klíčová slova: Výběrové řízení,... 5 Abstract This diploma thesis titled as Attraction and recruitment of university graduates: different perspectives of interested parties discusses the possible implementation of graduate recruitment within different organization. The text is divided into a theoretical part, which outlines the basic terminology and describes human resource activities connected with graduate recruitment and possible psychological profile and characteristics of graduates. The following chapters discuss situations that affect the perception of graduates in the labour market. The last chapter describes the available studies and investigations related to the evaluation of processes by participants. The empirical part focuses on the recruitment and selection of graduates in five different companies. The qualitative approach was used and semi-structured interviews were held with recruiters and graduates. The empirical part includes a comparison of processes in different companies, evaluate websites in the context of graduate recruitment and discuss the aspects of these processes, such as the perceived length of selection procedures, salary expectations of graduates and among other findings, what was most important to graduates when considering job offers.
