Identification of factors determining job satisfaktion

The key purpose of this diploma work is to identify factors affecting labour force productivity in the Internal revenue service of Russia for Krasnoyarsk region. The main focuses of this work are to identify concepts of job satisfaction and motivation as well as a summary of the basic theoretical knowledge. The practical part has relied on the survey of job satisfaction through conducted questionnaire. Results of the survey will demonstrate and analyse the main problem areas within the company. Then, the paper will provide a recommendation of how to increase efficiency and satisfaction of labour force.
Proposal for promotion on the Internet of selected Company

The aim of the work is to design enterprise TAKE ADVICE Ltd. suitable tools for promotion on the Internet. The theoretical part was elaborated on the basis of literature and articles on marketing, its principles and basic knowledge. Then it deals with the difference between the physical product and service characteristics and qualities of services marketing mix adjustment on the basis of knowledge about the services. The last point is the theoretical part of internet marketing. Described as Internet communication tools that are suitable for smaller companies due to the financial cost of these instruments. The practical part of the proposal offers various Internet communications tools that are appropriate for the selected entity, which is a small company offering services in the field of accounting. Body still did not use any form of Internet communication, and so the proposal contains the most basic elements.
Discount Portals in Exotic Destinations

The subject of the thesis is handling the issue of discount portals in area of exotic destinations. Especially from the perspective of consumers who shop on the servers of mass realize their purchases in travel. The aim is to analyze the potential market discount coupons relating to travel. The theoretical part will look at how the definition of basic concepts of tourism and then describes the issue of discount portals. Then, a principle of their operation, their historical development, current situation and the issue of cooperation discount sites and travel agencies. The practical part is devoted customer discount portals and trying to analyze their prefernce when buying trip. Following research are hypothetically envisioned conditions of successful collaboration between servers bulk shopping and travel agencies. Based on these findings, it is concluded and evaluation issues selling trips to exotic destinations via discount portals.
Evaluation of the re-branding within the selected company

This Bachelor Thesis examines the problems encountered when modern corporations enter new markets and and shift strategies from domestic to global. Analysis is being made with regards to the conditions and behavior encountered. It also examines consumers reactions to changes in product name's as branding for the new markets occurs. It also discusses appropriate pathways, setting of new goals and tasks, and their practical application. The theoretical discusses defines basic terms, topical coverage of development history and formation of said markets, and new marketing strategies performed by the companies. The practical part is devoted analysing the process of brands' rebranding of the selected company and customer response based on said product changes. The results will be analyzed and assembled to detect the main root of change in product name, renewals of antiquated packaging, branding strategies during initial release of the products to the foreign market, as well as changes in consumer habits and their ability to cope with new brand identity.
Business Plan

This thesis deals with business plan. Theoretical part of this thesis defines basic terms related with entrepreneurship and covers business plan elements based on available professional literature. Practical part encompasses a particular business plan for starting a café in a students dorm. To identify potential opportunities, threats, strengths and weaknesses of this business plan analysis has been performed based on which particular strategies for successful project realization are provided. As a result of conducted marketing research essential information about target market consumer behavior has been gathered and appropriate marketing strategy has been decided. Subsequently to the performed analysis a finance plan is compiled, considering three scenarios of café attendance: optimistic, realistic and pessimistic. A practical usage of a net present value, internal rate of return and payback period to evaluate the considered investment follows. In the business plan conclusion project risks are identified and suitable measures for their elimination are suggested. This thesis aims at economical evaluation of the considered business plan.
Financial analysis of company

Thesis Financial Analysis is an analysis and evaluation of the financial situation Kama spol, s. r. o. The work is divided into two parts. The first part sets theoretical basis from which the practical part is based. Firstly, it focuses on the principles of financial analysis, followed by a description of users and sources of information from which the financial analysis draws data. At the end of the first section are described methods used for financial analysis. The second, practical part is started by introducing the analysed company, its basic information and its subjects of business. Next, the methods described in the first part, which draw data from the financial statements, are applied. Applied methods are absolute indicators, ratios, and system indicators. Finally, there is a summary of the results and recommendations for the management of the company, which could lead to improvements of the current financial situation.

This thesis on the topic Corporate culture is about corporate culture in general, (it characterizes its elements, process, strength, typology, diagnosis), and also about selected sub-area of corporate culture (employee silence). The theoretical part of the thesis is based on a literature review and used to introduce the basic concepts and issues of corporate culture. In the practical part was used questionnaire dealing with the employee silence of selected department of corporate x, whose aim was to propose improvements to the current situation. In the work was also used the method of observation and analysis of internal resources to create a short characteristics of the chosen subject and elements of the corporate culture.
Business Plan: Coffee House

This thesis deals with the issue of the cafe establishment. The mater thesis consists of two main parts. The theoretical one describes basic concepts necessary for the business, which may include the definition of entrepreneurship, the characteristic of the legal forms of business and the catering equipment. Furthermore, the theoretical part characterizes Pacov town and the individual components of the business plan. The practical part comprises the business plan and its other parts described in detail in the theoretical part. Business plan is divided into 13 steps, which create total picture for the owners and potential investors. The first page of the business plan shows a title page with the company name, logo, address, the responsible manager and contacts. Other pages make up the content of the plan, summary, basic information about the company, description of the business opportunities which the company wants to take as an advantage and control discovered a niche market. Further part clarifies the issue of the individual suppliers to ensure the necessary inputs and raw materials, potential markets and competition analysis in the industry, marketing and business strategies as well as staff. At the end of the plan the financial plan is given, the most important part of the business plan, which decides on the possible implementation of the project and tells, what is more conveniently from the view of the owner, if to carry on the cafe or to rent it. In the last part the main prerequisites for the success of the project and an appendix are formulated. All conclusions are supported by proven and real information from available resources.
Internet marketing mix in small enterprise

This bachelor work deals with the analysis of the marketing mix in the internet environment. The content of the work consists of two parts: theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part of the work the basic concepts in the internet marketing field are defined. So, neither its significant tools which belong to its crucial activity are omitted. Then the individual elements of the marketing mix are introduced which have their specifics in the frame of the internet. In the practical part of the work the company Footshop is presented together with its history and specialization. The main part of the work deals with the analysis of the company´s internet marketing mix. In spite of the full exploitation of the internet marketing there are defined fundamental deficiencies resulting from the performed analysis. Thus, the composed suggestions for improvement serve for the company as a recommendation for their possible application.
Systems evaluating services providing in a hotel

This bachelor thesis deals with a system of evaluation of providing services in a hotel. The theoretical part was written largely on the basis of the related literature, as well as internet resources. In the theoretical part explains term such as tourism, accommodation service, quality of services and possible control of these aspects. The main part is focused especially on the Hotel Leonardo Praha. In this part the services that are provided by the hotel are introduces as well as organization structure, current stadium of controlling which is supported by customer feedback. Based on the information by Hotel Leonardo Praha and knowledge of tourism issues the thesis suggests several acts that lead to an improvement in the reputation of the hotel on the market thanks to improvement of communication with customers, self-control of the services and better processing of gained information.
