Teacher beginner. Factors leaving education

The final work is focused on the beginning teachers and analyses factors of their leaving from this profession. The bachelor work is divided into the theoretical and the practical - research part. The theoretical part deals with a personality of teachers and basic stressors, which make their work more difficult and which can be one of the reasons of resignation. In the practical part author used the questionnaire to find the rate of the stressful situation for the beginning teachers and the role of the trainee teachers. Except summery of the questionnaire results author tried to suggest solution how to prevent or ease the stressful situations, which are affecting negatively the teaching profession. The work is based on the literature listed at the end and on the questionnaire survey, which was performed with 40 respondents.

Preventive system against icing of overhead wires

This bachelor thesis deals with protection of overhead lines from icing with a focus on chemical treatment. The introductory part of the work focuses on the description of the overhead line and icing. The next part presents methods of prevention against icing on overhead lines. Various anti-icing systems and fluids are described here. The last part focuses on the result of this thesis and analyses the acquired knowledge.

Security system for family house

This thesis deals with complete theoretical design of security system for a family house, from the selection of technologies, security principles and selection of elements, theoretical suggestions of their placement to practical realization. I this thesis, securing of entry points, such as doors and windows, is done by magnetic contact sensors. Windows are secured also against breaking of glass. Inner space is secured using motion sensors. Further, the function principle of optical latches as secondary securing element of inner space is explained. The designed security system implements a central control unit, which is able to provide status information on all security elements to the host system. IQRF wireless communication operationg in licence-free is used for communication among elements of the security system. GSM SIM9000 module is used for communication with the security system.

Selection procedure for the position of school director from the point of view of Czech teachers and headmasters

This master's thesis deals with various views of potential school directors and headmasters of the school director selection procedure. The work is divided into the theoretical and the research part. The theoretical part analyses the legislation relevant to the selection procedure for the school director, i.e. The School Law and law No. 82/2005. In the practical part author used the questionnaire to find the ideas of potential school directors and headmasters of the selection procedure and of The School Law novelisation. The goal of this thesis is to find how differs these ideas. The conclusions of this work can be used for the improvement of the school director selection procedure in the Czech Republic. The work is based on the literature listed at the end and on the questionnaire survey, which was performed with 115 potential school directors and 13 headmasters. Selection process of the school director position from the point of view of Czech teachers and headmasters

This master's thesis deals with the selection process of the school director position. The work is divided into the theoretical and the research part. The theoretical part is concerned with the school director position and its competence, on the other hand with the legislation relevant to the selection process of the school director. In the end of the theoretical part author analyses the selection process in Slovakia. In the practical part author used the questionnaire to find the ideas of Czech teachers and headmasters of the selection process and of the Education Act novelisation. The goal of this thesis is to find how these interested sides perceive the selection process, whether the opinions are the same or different. The conclusions of the literature analysis and the research can be used for the improvement of the school director selection process in the Czech Republic. The work is based on the literature listed at the end and on the questionnaire survey, which was performed with 115 teachers and 13 headmasters.
