Resumé Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na začínající učitele a analyzuje možné faktory jejich brzkého odchodu ze školství. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část praktickou - výzkumnou. V teoretické části práce se autor zabývá primárně osobností učitele a základními stresory, které ztěžují jeho práci a které mohou vést k odchodu ze zaměstnání. V praktické části práce je prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření zjišťována jednak míra zátěže jednotlivými potenciálními stresory - situacemi, se kterými začínající učitel přichází ve své praxi do styku, jednak role uvádějícího učitel při řešení takto vzniklých situací. Vedle celkového shrnutí výsledků dotazníkového šetření provedeného mezi začínajícími učiteli, se autor ve své práci snaží navrhnout možná řešení, jak jednotlivé formy zátěže, které mladé učitele negativně ovlivňují, zmírnit, popřípadě jak jim předcházet. Tyto návrhy autor směřuje nejen začínajícím učitelům, ale především jejich nadřízeným. Práce vychází z odborné literatury uvedené v závěru a z dotazníkového šetření provedeného se 40 respondenty. The final work is focused on the beginning teachers and analyses factors of their leaving from this profession. The bachelor work is divided into the theoretical and the practical - research part. The theoretical part deals with a personality of teachers and basic stressors, which make their work more difficult and which can be one of the reasons of resignation. In the practical part author used the questionnaire to find the rate of the stressful situation for the beginning teachers and the role of the trainee teachers. Except summery of the questionnaire results author tried to suggest solution how to prevent or ease the stressful situations, which are affecting negatively the teaching profession. The work is based on the literature listed at the end and on the questionnaire survey, which was performed with 40 respondents.
