They may understand that this work is interesting, funny and adventurous. In addition, they may understand that the preparation for guides is demanding, requiring a lot of study. Most importantly, guiding is about the transmission of information, the education of clients. The theoretical part of my bachelor's work emphasizes the guide's personality and all the qualities required for this work. Václová, Helena ; Neusarová, Jana (referee) ; Šnýdrová, Ivana (advisor)
I describe a few self-help development methods in this work. My sources are popular and serious literature and my experience. I try to find serious information about methods which works well in practice. Sometimes it is very difficult to place it in a serious theoretical frame. I describe methods I have some experince with. In the second chapter the reader can find hypnosis and similar practical forms of it: Schultz's autogenne training, Kretschmer's active hypnotical training, Jacobson's method. I compare them with each other. In the third chapter I show the contribution of the writer J. Foglar to the approach to personal development. He has promoted the Blue Life, diary and 13 beavers hunting in his books. The next method shown here is the favourite Time management. In this matter, I was inspired by J. Adair. The Enneagram is another method I find interesting. It is very inspirative way of self-development, not only a typology. There are also many methods for the effective learning. I describe various methods for better memory and the Superlearning in this work. The human body can be a very effective instrument for self-development. I find fast and the oriental martial arts as the best choice. But every sport or a dynamic activity can help. In the end, I try to explain which role plays human soul in...

Kohoutková, Hana ; Neusarová, Jana (referee) ; Tureckiová, Michaela (advisor)
The purpose of this paper is to outline the various possible approaches in the concept of career management and development within contemporary management. Career theories of the 20th century are compared with the theories relevant to current society. The notion of career development is changing with different employees and organizations understand professional careers differently. This emerging variation is applicable especially for university graduates who are entering the labor market with highly diverse expectations. Human Resources professionals, managers, and professionals in adult education, should be aware that career expectation is important and consider the different priorities and values of individual employees in their future professional growth and development. Beside these professionals, also individuals should be more responsible for their own career success. This paper summarizes the issue of career development and it aims to contribute to discussions about career management and career development for Human Resources professionals as well as for individual employees.

Social inequalities
Gašparínová, Marta ; Neusarová, Jana (referee) ; Kopecký, Martin (advisor)
Education is very important part of our life these days and it has been integral part of our working career in a few last years. I have been working in a field of education for many years so that is why I have been interested in possibilities of studying in our society. The aim of this work was to prove or disprove the idea of educational inequalities in our educational system. I wanted to show how schools can determinate student achievment and social mobility through the roles of transmission of knowledge and culture, socialization, and occupational preparations. I think schools cannot be expected to compensate for social inequalities in the large society, or to transform society and eliminate these inequalities, but they still have the ability to lessen the influence of race, gender, etc., they can also create opportunities for students to utilize their cognitive abilities and talents to become upwardly mobile. Unfortunately this does not happen in the Czech Republic according my point of view. The Europian Union also lay the big stress on lifelong learning, unforunately, our educational system still prohibitive people to continue on studying anytime they wanted. It seems to me that our school education system is not open for everybody and it is not equal to all of us. It will take a long time to improve it.

Marková, Marie ; Neusarová, Jana (referee) ; Kocianová, Renata (advisor)
In this work I would like to deal with the problem of the personal development and effectivity in the working life. The first part of this work resolves the problem of the personal development. It is very important for the personal development to make right habits and get rid of the bad ones. It is necessary to know our own goals and a SWOT analysis and a SMART Metod for that help us. We also need to know how to motivate ourselves and how to communicate effectively. The second part deals with the time management, its positives and recommendations for the practical part of the working day as a right planning, giving task priorities etc. The last part is based on stress and the burn out effect. Nowadays is quite difficult to cope with market demands. People are asked to be more flexible, responsible, wider specialized etc. Our needs are more and more challenging it is reflected in requirements we are placed on by the market. I hope that this work would make readers think about their own problems and gives them at least an advice how to start to handle them.
