Trnková, Adéla ; Šnýdrová, Ivana (advisor) ; Neusarová, Jana (referee)
Guiding is for many people not an easily understood business. There are many opinions and views on how people become familiar with the details of this profession. They may understand that this work is interesting, funny and adventurous. In addition, they may understand that the preparation for guides is demanding, requiring a lot of study. Most importantly, guiding is about the transmission of information, the education of clients. The theoretical part of my bachelor's work emphasizes the guide's personality and all the qualities required for this work. The practical part will be the evaluation from the professional guides about their work.
Role of education in contemporary Yemeni society
Můj projekt se týkal organizování a realizace vzdělávacího programu o globálních tématech v dívčím komunitním vzdělávacím centru Girls World Communication Center v hlavním městě Jemenu, Sana'a.

In recent years, the term experiential pedagogy has been quite often used in connection with the educational practice as a counterpart to frontal teaching. The main aim of this thesis is to explore experiential pedagogy methods and their application in pedagogic and andragogic profession. This paper deals with evolution of this method in our country as well as globally, which is vital for comprehension of the way in which the method is applied and developed in the Czech Republic. Crucial is the inner division of the method according to the way and the extent to which the experience transfers into participant's own life experience. The work with experience transfer differs significantly within the scope of educational profession. This paper points out possible advantages of the methods, the ways to use them but also the limits and risks of their real- life application. Intercultural education on high schools
Pozděnová, Jitka ; Neusarová, Jana (referee) ; Kopecký, Martin (advisor)
The topic of this master thesis is Intercultural Education in high schools. As the Czech Republic was largely isolated under communism for more than 40 years, Czech society is still rather homogeneous, with relatively little experience with multiculturalism. Nevertheless, Czech society is slowly changing, mainly due to immigration into the Czech Republic, but also because of process of globalization and the country's entrance into European Union and the implementation of EU legislation and directives. These developments have been recognized by the Ministry of Education and, after a very short academic and public discussion, enormous changes have been introduced into the high school education system. Within two years, high schools are obliged to create their own curriculum aimed at educating students on the importance of civil society for the well-being of democracy. During this critical transition period for high schools, a total of ten school principals and other teachers have been interviewed for the purpose of this thesis. They were asked how prepared they feel mainly concerning intercultural education; what are their experiences with multiculturalism; how are teachers trained to teach such a complex subject; and other questions relevant to the topic. Feedback of international exchange students who were...
Conception of the lifelong learning
Popelková, Lucie ; Neusarová, Jana (referee) ; Šerák, Michal (advisor)
Main aim of my bachelor thesis is to give a comprehensive explanation of the field of lifelong learning, to clarify its transformations during important historical periods and to cover all its aspects. Although learning during whole life is a natural accompaniment of human evolution, it is not possible to let it out of public interests. In most cases, it is all about accidental, unintentional, unsystematic and aimless learning. Provided the system of lifelong learning would be created, which comprises formal education, non-formal and informal learning, is accessible to everyone, the whole process would be more effective and lifelong learning become a device to cope with changes in humans' lives and to cope with problems of society. This is the cause why I concentrate on explanation of this system and its priorities. Since the situation in lifelong learning is connected with the degree of economic development of each state, I do not leave out the present situation in the Czech Republic. Finally, I put a question of real impacts of implementation of lifelong learning. Are his proponents really true and is it surely a device to bear individual's destiny? Or are right those of its opponents, who claim lifelong learning will make inequalities higher? There are people who have reached high degree of education and...

Simultaneously hold an office in top management and to perform duties in family can be described as superhuman. Women, who accomplished, however exist. They have overcome all gender stereotypes and managed to gain job, who they wanted. Research proves that not many women have succeeded. There are many aspect of effective glass ceiling. They are indirectly forced to choose between career and establishment of family, which leads to their demotivation. There are ways, how can employers support growth in the employment and to co-ordinate working and family live. Some have improved working conditions for women by the way of allowing working for employer at home or by part time jobs. The others established pre-school institutions for their employees. This leads to certain relaxation for women. They can more focus on their job after implementation of these measures.
