Creation and implementation of a competence model in the organization

The diploma thesis deals with the creation of competence models and their following setting in the context of HR activities of employee evaluation and development. In the theoretical part, the basic concepts of competences, their distinction from often confused concepts (such as potential and ability) and their possible division are first described. Then, the competency model, the process of creating a competency model and its potential forms and structures are defined. Next, the principles of using the competence model in individual activities in human resource management are explained, with particular emphasis on the processes of employee evaluation and development through the competence model, which are central to this thesis. The following practical part starts with the introduction of Company XY and the respondent, who is an HR Generalist. Analysis of the Educational Strategy of the HR team of the Selected Institution and Motivation of Employees to Parcitipate in the Education

This thesis deals with the training of the HR team in a selected company. The aim was to analyze and identify the internal training strategy of the HR department, to find out what is the motivation of the HR team employees to participate in the offered training and to propose measures to improve and make the team training strategy more attractive. The theoretical part defines the aspects of corporate training, strategic training, competencies, motivation, HRM, etc. with the help of literature. In the practical part, an analysis of the training processes was carried out by studying internal documents, by conducting a questionnaire survey among the HR team of company XY and lastly, an interview was conducted with the L&D manager. The questionnaire survey investigated employees' motivation to participate in training and employees' satisfaction with the existing corporate training. Development and education of employees of XYZ company in the context of talent management

The thesis focuses on the development and training of talented employees of XYZ company. Its aim is to create a practical tool for the advertising agency XYZ, which will facilitate the identification of talented workers, selection of suitable candidates for leadership positions, assessment of their key competencies and their training and development. In the first part of the thesis, the basic terms and theoretical background are defined based on the analysis of the literature. The individual chapters are devoted to talent and giftedness, the issues of talent management including different approaches and concepts, basic processes and current trends, as well as the use, creation and assessment of key competencies in the field of human resource management and the topic of employee development and training. The second part describes the actual qualitative research investigation conducted through semi- structured interviews with XYZ company employees and analysis of the provided documents. This master´s thesis is focused motivation and satisfaction of employees. The theoretical part focuses on defining the basic concepts of motivation, satisfaction and education. I describe the theory of motivation or the factors of work satisfaction. As education is planned and what is its implementation, defining the concept of learning and total characteristics of employee motivation. In the practical part I characterize a particular company. I also focus on the current motivation of employees. Based on a questionnaire survey, I analyse the current situation, draw conclusions from it and suggest the necessary measures that could be beneficial to both the company and the employees.

This diploma thesis deals with the analysis and optimization of the corporate education system in a specific organization. The theoretical part of the work defines the basic terms associated with education and development of employees using professional literature, it focuses on the issue of corporate education and its connection with the organization's strategy and, among other things, on the basic processes and methods of system education. Furthermore, using the available internal data and information, it describes the organizational structure and the current state of corporate education aimed at rank-and-file employees and managers of selected parts of the organization. The thesis presents the methodology of qualitative research supplemented with a quantitative method in the form of a questionnaire, which was used in the first phase of the research investigation to obtain a wide and diverse portfolio of data from the largest possible number of participating respondents. This phase has the status of preliminary research, as it forms the basis for the implementation and concretization of research interviews. The bachelor thesis focuses on the use of the CliftonStrengths test as a tool to identify strengths in talent management. The literature search was devoted to de-fining the basic concepts associated with talent management and its entire process, and the CliftonStrengths test is described in more detail. The aim of this thesis is to suggest improvements to existing talent management processes so that positive practices are developed and bottlenecks are addressed. Recommendations were proposed based on the results of quantitative research using a questionnaire sur-vey. The use of the CliftonStrengths test as a tool to identify strengths has benefits not only for the company but also for the employees.
