Marketing communication of the Czech handicapped representative in tennis Ladislava Pořízková

Title: Marketing communication of the Czech handicapped representative in tennis Ladislava Pořízková Objectives: The main objective of this thesis is to submit proposals for the improvement of marketing communication of Ladislava Pořízková based on the analysis and evaluation of the current situation. Methods: Defining the current state of marketing communication of Ladislava Pořízková was made possible by qualitative methods, which include the analysis of documents and social networks, an in-depth interview with Mrs. Pořízková and also quantitative methods, namely a questionnaire survey with fans of Mrs. Pořízková. Mgr. Richard Valoušek, senior PR manager at Raul, s. r. o. was also given space to express his views on a comparison of ideas and marketing communications of Mrs. Pořízková. The overall summary was ensured by a personal SWOT analysis. Proposals for changes were processed based on the theoretical background, an analysis of the practical part, suggestions of fans, experts and own suggestions. Results: The result are proposals for changes in the form of marketing communication modification, which are prepared based on shortcomings, but also the advantages of the current marketing communication of Mrs. Pořízková. A book as part of culture: The perception fo books by the generation Y and their representation in the media

The goal of this thesis is to clarify the status of books in the current Czech culture using scientific methods. Since there are many possible ways to achieve this widely defined goal, it was necessary to choose certain methods (and therefore an overall angle of the examination). Two specific methods were selected - a questionnaire for members of Generation Y and media analysis of culture sections of the Czech daily newspapers, Mladá fronta DNES and Právo during the months of June and December of 2017. Theoretical background, description of the methods and explanation of all the key terms are part of the theoretical section. The objective of the questionnaire is to map reading preferences and habits of young readers. The questions are focused on qualitative and also quantitative aspects of book reading. The overarching objective of the media analysis is to provide an accurate image the media paint about books. This will be achieved by thorough examination of all the articles that mention them. Just like with the questionnaire, qualitative and quantitative aspects will be tracked.
Communication strategy of the town Roudnice nad Labem

This thesis describes the theoretical concepts of the communication process, especially with a focus on the general public and media in the public administration environment. Based on the definition of the municipal marketing environment and the theory of communica- tion strategies of municipalities, the specificities of small and medium-sized municipalities are approached. Theoretical knowledge attempts to apply to the environment of the small town of Roudnice nad Labem. The result is an unconventional insight into the functioning of communication in public administration and recommendations for its improvement in the chosen city, as well as other comparable municipalities. This master's thesis named The influence of communication channels on decision making of first-time voters shown on the elections to the Chamber of Deputies of the Parliament of the Czech Republic in 2017 focuses on the influence and use of the consumption of communication channels on the decision making of first-time voters. This thesis also portrays the phenomenon of contemporary opinion leaders, such as YouTubers, bloggers, and other Internet celebrities. The theoretical section of the thesis describes the organization of elections to the Chamber of Deputies of the Parliament of the Czech Republic, defines the first-time voter in terms of psychological and sociological, discusses the impact of socialization within family, school, and media, presents the concept of political efficacy, and describes the electoral participation of adolescents. In addition, this thesis focuses on current trends in the consumption of communication channels by young people and opinion leaders. This section draws upon particular international studies and other relevant literature. The topic of my bachelor thesis is Marketing analysis of dermocosmetic´s leaders in the Czech Republic. The thesis is divided into five chapters. The first three chapters talk about marketing, brand and its role in marketing and theoretically define marketing market research. The fourth chapter presents dermocosmetic market in the Czech Republic. Last chapter deals with the field survey (questionnaire and Mystery Shopping), which is used to determine the actual goal of the thesis. The aim is to find a correlation between a brand recommended by a pharmacist in Prague and brand awareness among end consumer.
Evaluation of the company's communication processes in the food industry

This bachelor thesis deals with issues of internal communication. Its aim is to evaluate communication in a food company focusing on a line manager, identifying communication barriers and eliminating them. After the theoretical definition of the topic, the thesis focuses on the survey of a selected sample of employees using questionnaires and semi-structured interviews, data analysis and evaluation of results. Based on this, the organization proposed measures to improve internal communication, which was also organized according to the priorities for the organization. The thesis is focused exclusively on the particular company, the acquired knowledge and conclusions are thus only applicable to the evaluated organization.
New internal communication tools

Internal company communication has lately become an integral part of doing business. Companies concentrate a lot of resources on the development of better communication solutions within the company. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to determine whether the implementation of web and mobile applications can streamline internal communication, and to recommend suitable applications that can improve internal employee communication. The first part of the thesis deals with the theory of communication as well as the general concept of internal communication in companies. The second part of the thesis concentrates on practical tests of selected web and mobile applications that are currently available on the market. Qualitative structured interviews with users of each tool confirm their potential and effectiveness as well as the ways that users perceive them. A comparison of these applications can help companies to find the right applications that could improve their business' internal communications.
Internal communication in the international company

The subject of this thesis is to analyze the current state of internal communication in an international company, identify weaknesses in communication channels with respect to intercultural differences and propose remedial actions to ensure the effective flow of information within the whole organization. For this purpose, the thesis is divided into two systematic parts. The theoretical part is devoted to the introduction of basic terms like communication, communication flow, intercultural communication and internal communication. The empirical part is focused on the analysis of internal communication in the selected international company, and on the implementation of the two proposed changes related to digital communication channels. The second part is focused on the questionnaire research which was used as a basis to identify intercultural differences and also uncover weaknesses for further recommendations.
Efficiency of communication channels in a group of external employees.

This Master thesis describes the internal communication in the group of external employees and focuses to the analysis of the effectiveness of two main communication channels in particular department of the organization. At first it describes internal communication in the field of virtual teams. Then it looks at the situation in the department of content in specific internet market. The main part is the study of efficiency of the communication channels, especially of the changes in the effectiveness after four-month hiatus in use. To perform the investigation the company internal data analysis was used. At the end, the thesis evaluates the phenomena studied.
Media as a tool of internal communication in the ICT sector

The diploma thesis Medium as a tool of internal communication in the ICT sector maps and analyzes the spectrum of media used in internal communication by companies that operate in the field of information and communication technologies. The thesis is divided into four main parts. The first part presents the theoretical literature review and provides the basis for subsequent analytical research. This section focuses on the description of internal communication as a field of inquiry and subsequently each communication channel and the media used in internal communication. The second part consists of a description of the methodology used for this study. The third part focuses on the presentation of data obtained from both qualitative (in-depth interviews) and quantitative research (statistical evaluation of the response of the electronic questionnaire) . The fourth part, discussion, is devoted to the analysis of the data obtained, comparing them with the theoretical part and at the same time, the author answers the research questions and sub-questions of this study.
