Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou vnitrofiremní komunikace. Jejím cílem je zhodnocení komunikace v potravinářské firmě se zaměřením na liniového manažera, identifikace komunikačních bariér a návrhů na jejich eliminaci. Po teoretickém vymezení tématu se práce zaměřuje na šetření vybraného vzorku zaměstnanců pomocí dotazníků a polo strukturovaných rozhovorů, analýzu dat a hodnocení výsledků. Na jejich základě byla organizaci navržena opatření s cílem zlepšit vnitrofiremní komunikaci, která byla zároveň i seřazena dle priorit pro organizaci. Práce je výhradně zaměřena na danou společnost, získané poznatky a závěry jsou tak využitelné jen pro hodnocenou organizaci. This bachelor thesis deals with issues of internal communication. Its aim is to evaluate communication in a food company focusing on a line manager, identifying communication barriers and eliminating them. After the theoretical definition of the topic, the thesis focuses on the survey of a selected sample of employees using questionnaires and semi-structured interviews, data analysis and evaluation of results. Based on this, the organization proposed measures to improve internal communication, which was also organized according to the priorities for the organization. The thesis is focused exclusively on the particular company, the acquired knowledge and conclusions are thus only applicable to the evaluated organization.
