STU Innovation Center in Bratislava

The aim of the bachelor's thesis was to create documentation for the building permit and part of the documentation for the construction. The work follows the architectural study, which was developed in the subject AG35 - Atelier of public buildings. The theme of the studio work was the Campus STU Competition by Inspireli. The main idea of the idea competition was to design a representative center of the Slovak University of Technology in Bratislava. The project includes the innovative STU science center, educational, social, multi-purpose and leisure spaces both indoors and outdoors and part of the rectory's workplaces. The Innovation Center serves students, pedagogues, researchers and employees of STU, as well as experts from practice, self-government and the public. The campus creates conditions for the interaction of the academic environment with practice and is an important communication space towards the public. This is helped by the opening of the complex and its connection with the main public spaces of the city. I designed a concept called "STUdents city", a city that has imaginary boundaries, while being open to the public, a city where students can find everything they need and can take it for them. During the new construction of the campus, I respond to the surrounding faculty buildings and the context of the place, and to make it open to the faculties materially and conceptually, and at the same time not to disturb them with its substance. I solved the problem of lack of light of the inner block by the potential of the sloping plot and by placing certain objects in the newly created terrain break, at the same time I ensured the supply of natural light and fresh air by means of atriums and skylights. When designing, I took into account the flexibility and variability of interior or exterior use. Teaching-space paradigm

The task of the bachelor's thesis is to design the completion of the Faculty of Architecture in the BUT campus in the Brno-centre district between Úvoz, Údolní and Tvrdého streets, due to the planned transfer of the faculty from the current premises on Poříčí Street. The issue of completion allows for the expansion of the faculty premises and the addition of capacities for which the current situation no longer has a place. The project also addresses the use of the original historic buildings and the connection of the Faculty of Architecture with the Faculty of Fine Arts within one area.

Between the Landscape and the City

The subject of the thesis was to prepare an architectural and urban design of the entrance space at the premises of the Palacky University Faculty of Natural Sciences in Olomouc - Holice. The proposal focuses on understanding the place of life of students and scientists. The main proposed building is based on a golden section - not only architectural matter, but also the contents of the buildings works with an understanding of the importance of education. Communicating knowledge to future generations. The current state of the site is created by a spontaneous development without a closer urban solution. The new object is positioned in a position that creates a clear, dominating character, but also respects the current state. The object focuses on meeting people with an idea, over a book or in a circle of study college. In contrast to that, relaxation and relaxation in the countryside appear. This is the inspiration for the creation of a building, while there is a certain rationality in the choice of architectural expression. The interface between the city (man-made) and nature is represented by a disk-dialogue forum. The spiritual overlapping of the architectural expression will allow us to understand the interface and potential of the site on the outskirts of Olomouc. City - nature

Y Soft Campus - the semi-abandoned shooting range area in Brno-Pisarky

The project includes the design of a new campus for Y-Soft Brno. The design is situated on the area of the former shooting range in Brno-Pisárky. This place is in good access to the center of Brno with excellent transport connections to the Brno Grand Circuit and the motorway bypass of the city. The campus is home to Y-Soft, a corporate dining room, guest house, restaurant, sports facilities and other services. The design of the Z-shaped building is situated on the eastern side of the property overlooking the river. The dominating feature of the building is partly covered by a green façade.

Elementary School in Moravany u Brno

The theme of this thesis is the preparation of project documentation at the level for the implementation of the construction of primary schools in the village Moravany u Brna. In the framework of the preparatory study work has been processed the entire campus, including outdoor sports facilities, paved surfaces, parking lots and additional objects required for the running of the school. The subject of this thesis is only part of the main object SO01 elementary school and part of it and this is a three storey building with the main longitudinal structural wall system. The carrier of the walls and the ceiling structure is of reinforced concrete. The roof structure is designed as a desktop with internal drainage. The façade of the building is divided according to the floor, the first floor is addressed to the contact insulation system for cladding of ceramic straps in the second and the third floor is designed to ventilated the facade of fiber cement plates with colored solution. The subject of the proposal is to solve traffic in peace into two parking lots and the Terminal for lifting children.
