Proposal of Communication Mix in the Company

This thesis deals with the creation of communication mix. In the first part is defined theory about processed topic, which follows characteristic of a company for which the marketing plan is prepared. Afterward the thesis focuses on an analysis of the company which consists of the analysis of external and internal environment. External analysis is defined by situational analysis PEST and Porter’s five forces model. Internal analysis is processed by McKinsey „7-S“ and marketing mix. The result of these analyses is SWOT analyses, which defines strenghts and weaknesses of the company and opportunities and threats arising from the environment. Based on SWOT analysis are afterward evolved proposals to improve the communication mix.

The aim of the bachelor’s thesis is to offer a communication mix for the restaurant La Patas. This bachelor’s thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. Theoretical part deals with basic knowledge of marketing, communication mix and marketing environment. Practical part analyses current situation and finds out problems of the restaurant. Practical part uses knowledge from theoretical part to offer improvement in marketing communication of the restaurant.

The analytical part describes company as a whole, analyzes current state of order processing in this company and includes information about B&Q company and it’s project for ITAB Shop Concept CZ, a.s. In the pactical part of the project there is made own proposal to optimalize process of particular order.

The bachelor's thesis focuses on mapping the current state of the company, which operates in the market as a store with natural stone tiles, paving and various garden accessories. The content of the work is divided into three parts. The first part of the thesis contains a theory focused on the basic concepts of marketing. The second part is the analysis in which the company is presented, as well as the individual elements of the marketing mix. The last part of the work contains, based on the findings from the previous part, new proposals to improve the current marketing mix of the company.
Risks of Order Processing in the Selected Company

The diploma thesis deals the risk management during order processing in the engineering company Balák stroje Tišnov Ltd., a producer of custom machines. The aim of the diploma theses is to identify and evaluate the risks that may arise during the order processing. A partial aim is to propose a list of recommendations to minimize the most serious risks. The thesis is divided into three parts, where the first part of the thesis is focused on theoretical basis. The second part – analytical part contains the introduction of the company, the research part, description of the order processing and risks identification and evaluation, using selected methods – FMEA and Ishikawa diagram. The last part contains proposals for mitigating the most serious risks.
Effectiveness of marketing activities in engineering in Czech Republic

The dissertation is focused on the current needs of the business effectiveness and efficiency in marketing activities. In an industrial environment is a prerequisite for the success of the strategic marketing objectives in relation to corporate strategy. In this work there is focus on individual performance systems and group of metrics that are currently applied in engineering in connection to the implemented marketing activities. The main aim of this dissertation is to propose a methodologyfor the selection of marketing metrics that are directly connected to the effectiveness of the company and its marketing activities in the field of engineering in the Czech Republic. To explore the knowledge area there was also used primary and secondary research. The primary research was conducted by structured interviews through case studies and knowledge-based questionnaire investigation, supported by evidence acquired Czech and foreign literary sources. The work includes detailed assessment of the empirical research, including the testing of hypotheses as basis on which is established the methodology for selecting marketing metrics in engineering in the Czech Republic. The benefits could be seen both in theoretical and practical as well as educational fields.

Furthermore, a detailed analysis of the current state of the company and made a specific proposal for a new communication mix, which should lead to the fulfillment of the objectives set.

The output of this work are three proposed solutions for optimizing the material picking process, which will help improve the overall course of the order.
