Paulusová, Barbora ; Pokorný, Ladislav (advisor) ; Chrástková, Martina (referee)
This work is focused on the return of athletes who study physical education at universities to sports and active movement after a knee injury, specifically after a rupture of the anterior cruciate ligament (ligamentum cruciatum anterius - LCA). The LCA is an important stabilizer of the knee joint, its rupture is one of the frequent and serious knee injuries during sports. Rupture of the LCA has very serious consequences for the biomechanics of the knee joint. The thesis describes the anatomy of the knee joint and possible causes of LCA injuries. The diploma thesis also deals with methods of injury diagnosis and treatment options. The aim of the thesis is to find out whether, after experiencing this injury, the athletes were able to return to sport without performance limitations and, if so, how their recovery took place. The Organization of Secondary School Skiing Training Course
Růžičková, Sára ; Dlouhý, Martin (advisor) ; Fořterová, Petra (referee)
This bachelor thesis deals with the organization of Ski course at high schools. In the theoretical part I deal with the characteristics of the ski course, the legislation of its organization and the overall organization from the initial planning through the arrival at the course and run of the activity. As part of the organization of the course I deal with topics such as staffing, accommodation and transport, equipment, or safety of pupils on a ski course. In the practical part I focused on state and private grammar schools and with a survey I compare their organization of ski courses. Here I compared whether grammar schools go to courses abroad, whether they accept external instructors, or what safety equipment they require from their pupils. The results of the research showed that private grammar schools are more likely to hold their ski training courses abroad and to recruit external trainers more often. On the other hand, state grammar schools have greater opportunities for renting ski equipment to pupils. A very positive finding was that all schools surveyed require safety equipment from pupils.

ADHD problematic at elementary school in physical education class
Janíková, Alice ; Dlouhý, Martin (advisor) ; Bunc, Václav (referee)
The theoretical part defines the ADHD concept, its causes, symptoms of this disorder and available treatment and aids to help a student with ADHD. Possible associated diseases are described as well. The paper also focuses on physical education, its history and development. The didactic principles of teaching physical education at initial stages of primary schools are also included. In the practical part, structured interviews with parents and teachers are used to identify problems that occur or may occur to students with ADHD during a physical education class, or at home. Physical education during a coronavirus pandemic was restrained, therefore the research tried to find out how those children were doing exercises and how the effort of the teachers looked like in respect to physical education. Based on these answers, a set of games / lessons was created that would help to prevent difficulties. Those activities should be designed to be manageable to practice them at home in the spaces between online lessons, even for ADHD students. Opportunities to teach athletics at schools without athletics facilities
Slivková, Barbora ; Kašpar, Ladislav (advisor) ; Suchý, Jiří (referee)
This thesis deals with the teaching of individual athletic disciplines in schools that do not have athletic facilities. The aim of the work was to compile a stack of athletic exercises that can be used for teaching by all teachers who do not have suitable facilities to teach athletics, but also by teachers who are looking for new ideas and inspiration for athletics-oriented physical education classes indoors and outdoors. The theoretical underpinning in the form of a description of school athletics and the techniques and didactics of basic athletics is followed by a research section. The research method was a non-standardized questionnaire survey, whose respondents were Prague physical education teachers at the second level of primary school, from whom, in addition to information about the availability of teaching aids and the teaching environment, it was also asked what exercises they use to teach athletics in limited conditions. These exercises, along with exercises from the literature and internet resources, became the content of a stack that was designed to contain exercises that can be used in a variety of settings to teach all of the different core athletic disciplines.
