Název: Ověřování cvičení pro zvýšení tělesné zdatnosti středoškoláků pomocí beachvolejbalových cvičení Cíle: Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je prostřednictvím experimentálního šetření ověřit, zda záměrně vybraná beachvolejbalová cvičení budou vést ke změně úrovně tělesné zdatnosti u experimentální skupiny, a následně porovnat naměřená data s kontrolní skupinou. Metody: Pro zvýšení úrovně tělesné zdatnosti byla vybrána cvičení s beachvolejbalovým obsahem. Experiment obsahoval 8minutovou intervenci, která byla prováděna po dobu 4 týdnů v hodinách tělesné výchovy na středních školách. Jedná se o určitý pracovní experiment z hlediska metod. Aby bylo možné ověřit a porovnat účinnost cvičení prostřednictvím beachvolejbalových tréninků, bylo nutné vytvoření motorických testů pro zjištění případné změny tělesné zdatnosti. Těmito testy jsou následující: 1. vertikální výskok dosažný, 2. rychlé změny směru, 3. sprint na 20 m. Byly vybrány dvě školy, které prováděly stejnou intervenci, která se lišila rozložením v čase. Výsledky: Z výsledků studie vyplývá, že samotný experiment naznačuje progres v některých oblastech tělesné zdatnosti. Ve sprintu na 20 m byla potvrzena hypotéza v případě experimentálního souboru č. 2, kde došlo k progresu výsledků mediánu o 0,12s, a zároveň došlo ke statisticky významné změně... Title: Validation of exercise that aims to increase physical fitness in high school students using beach volleyball exercises Aims: The main aim of this thesis is to verify through an experimental investigation whether deliberately selected beach volleyball exercises will lead to a change in the level of physical fitness in the experimental group and then to compare the measured data with a control group. Methods. In order to increase the level of physical fitness, exercises with beach volleyball content were chosen. The experiment consisted of an eight-minute intervention that was conducted over a 4-week period in high school physical education classes. It is a kind of working experiment in terms of methods. In order to verify and compare the effectiveness of exercise through beach volleyball training, it was necessary to create motor tests to determine any changes in physical fitness. These tests are as follows: 1. vertical jump achieved, 2. rapid changes of direction, 3. sprint for 20 m. Two schools were selected that implemented the same intervention, which differed in time. RESULTS: The results of the study indicate that the experiment itself suggests progression in some areas of physical fitness.
