ŠMELKOVÁ, Jana: Multi-source financing of universities. Dissertation work. Comenius University in Bratislava, Faculty of Law, Department of Commercial Law and Economic Law. Supervisor: doc. Mgr. Katarína Válková, PhD. Bratislava 2017. 127 p. The Dissertation work is focused on the legal analysis of the current model of financing higher education with a significant emphasis on public universities, which is devoted a substantial part of the work. The first chapter is approximated legal status of individual types of high schools as subjects of law. The second chapter, devoted to the legislation of income of public universities, is followed by a characteristic means of providing state subsidies to the graphical representation of the distribution of subsidies for specific parts. Subsequently, one part is devoted to work and legislation funding of public universities in the Czech Republic. The fifth chapter is devoted to the review bodies performing inspection, assigned from the state budget. The sixth chapter brings the possibility of funding other types of universities. The seventh part of our thesis is devoted to a specific issue - the possibility of business public universities in terms of legislation and internal regulations of the universities. A missed chance? Freedom and the 1990s in the actor's reflection of Czech men

This diploma thesis deals with the topic of the newly acquired freedom in Czechoslovakia after the "Velvet Revolution" in 1989 in reflection of the men from the Czech regions. Attention is drawn to meaning and use of the freedom in the context of an individual who did not participate in political negotiations, but lived and experienced the times as an ordinary citizen. Therefore the work is based on the definition of a sociological term called Thomas theorem and focuses on perceiving of the newly acquired freedom as a new opportunity, primarily in the economic field. CSR, podnikání, životní prostředí, společenská odpovědnost firem ve stavebnictví, zainteresované strany ABSTRACT The diploma project entitled "Corporate Social Responsibility in the construction industry" aims to provide an overview of the companies in the construction industry based in the Czech Republic.The work is divided into two parts. The first part carries the definition of the term CSR, the history of the term, the meaning, development, driving forces of its application, views and influence on various areas of business. The second part is devoted to the analysis of the trend of CSR development in the Czech Republic. An effort was made to learn about the problems that stand in the way of the development / implementation of CSR and the results in case of its use.

The thesis titled 'Business Plan Creation' is devoted to processing the proposal of a comprehensive business plan for establishment of an event agency organizing mainly proms and weddings, but also other social and cultural events in the South Bohemian region. The theoretical part is focused on defining basic information about business, planning, decision making on the legal form and the structure and content of the business plan. The practical part contains the creation of a business plan for establishment of an event agency. It includes business environment analysis and shows the company's financial plan. The main goal of this bachelor thesis is to create a successful business plan that can be used as a template for future businessman.

The bachelor's thesis deals with the creation of a business plan for the establishment of a pension for an organic farm. The work is divided into two parts: a literature re-view and an application part. The literature review defines the individual concepts of the business plan and the terms that belong to the business plan. In the application part, a business plan for a boarding house for a certain organic farm is developed. Analytical methods such as: SWOT analysis and Fuller's triangle are used here.
Public and private aspects of business
ŠIMONČÍK, Štefan
This bachelor thesis addresses selected public and private aspects of business as a per-son who does business has to deal with them in everyday life. The individual actions are arranged as they would follow each other in a real situation, from the establishment to termination of business. Liabilities to state institutions can be identified as public law aspects. These are, for example, obligations towards the tax office, the la-bour office and the social security office. Private law aspects include the choice of form of business and the creation of internal company directives. The thesis is based on an analytical examination of the legal framework of the Czech Republic enabling business activities. The practical part contains summary of activities discussed in in previous chapters. Further points out the current state of modernization of the business environment and describes the functioning of the PES system. In the last part analyses studies Doing Business in the European Union 2018 which examines regulation of domestic compa-nies in 25 cities in Croatia, the Czech Republic, Portugal and Slovakia with another 186 economies and also Bureaucracy index research made in 2020.

The bachelor thesis deals with the business plan. The aim of the work is to create a business plan, specifically to open a new confectionery. The main goal is to assess whether the opening of Láska is realistic. Another goal is to find out what finances will be needed to open and operate. The theoretical part describes the basic concepts related to the issue. To write the theoretical part, the study of professional literature and experience gained from studying at the University of South Bohemia is used. The practical part deals with a specific business plan, containing a description of products, customers and competitors. Calculations of individual products are also processed. Our own experience, a structured interview with the owner of the café and a structured questionnaire are used to process the practical part. A SWOT analysis is used to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the company.
Business plan draft for the establishment of an equestrian stable

The aim of this diploma thesis is to process a draft of a business plan for establishing a family business, an equestrian stable. As potential founders actively engage in horseriding, they are considering setting up a small business, located on the site of newly built stables with a higher capacity, which are already being created, to replace the original, substandard premises. The activities of the business will include, in particular, the stabling of horses, the training of young horses, the sale or brokering of the sale and purchase of horses, and additional services. The purpose of the business plan and the aim of the work is for the founders to be able to decide, on the basis of processed data and developed analyses, whether to carry out the business plan, possibly to what extent and form, or to use the stable only for housing their own horses, and to run it as a non-profit activity, funded by other sources.
Ways of solving the bankruptcy of travel agencies

This diploma thesis deals with ways to solve the bankruptcy of travel agencies. The aim of the work is the analysis of selected ways of solving bankruptcy in insolvency proceedings and their impact in application practice. The work is divided into two parts, theoretical, which explains travel agencies looking at business, either as a individual person or a legal entity. It also explains the bankruptcy and the various ways in which it can be dealt with in the case of a natural or legal person. The second part contains a practical part, which analyses the number of active travel agencies in the Czech Republic, the number of travel agencies in bankruptcy and analyses in detail two cases of travel agencies that has declared bankruptcy and whose insolvency proceedings have already been terminated. The practical part includes proposals de lege ferenda.
Legal and Economic Aspects of Start-up Business

The diploma thesis deals with the legal and economical aspects of starting a business. The introduction describes those aspects, mainly the choice of legal form of business, the basic documents governing relations within the company and the options for legal protection. Furthermore, the author focuses on the startups, which are closely related to starting a business. The section dealing with startups lays out their definition, determines how many there are in the Czech Republic and abroad and identifies barriers to their establishment. The practical part analyzes Czech startups, focusing on their legal form and economical performance. Part of this part is a chapter on the new legal form of business, which arose in Slovakia in response to the needs of local startups. The conclusion of the diploma thesis answers the research questions stemming from the application of the work's methodology.
