Project Management In Manufacturing Company

The Bachelor’s thesis is focused on the project management in the manufacturing company. At first the theoretical basis, is established, principles, themes and processes of the PRINCE2 defined. In the analytical sector the company is introduced, and the course of contract, based on project management perspective, is analyzed. Also, based on comparison, the differences between the current state and the approach of PRINCE2 are registered. Finally, the results of the analysis are applied for suggestion of changes, whose should be applied, to make project managed by the PRINCE2 methodology.
Non-sporting Topics on TV Studios of ČT sport and TV Nova During the World Cup 2022

Bachelor thesis Non-sporting Topics on TV Studios of ČT sport and TV Nova during the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 deals with non-sporting topics in the pre-match studios of ČT sport and TV Nova during the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022. The selected pair of media outlets represent the only owners of the broadcasting rights for the the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 in the Czech Republic. It is also a comparison of sport's broadcasting on public and commercial TV. The research is conducted during the entire course of the football championship, that is all pre-match studios of both TV stations from 20th November to 18th December 2022. The theoretical part focuses on the position of sport and football in media. It also describes selected non-sporting topics from the history of sports journalism as well as the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022. The quantitative content analysis identifies and compares the total time spent debating non-sporting topics with the rest of the sports discussion. It also follows the incidence and frequency of non-sporting topics on ČT sport and TV Nova. The qualitative content analysis attempts to describe the process of these non-sporting discussions and tries to find similarities or differences in the way they are conducted.

In this thesis, I try to find a definition of a news topic to make topic detec- tion implementable and its quality measurable. I describe various methods - a "simple" words counting, optionally with stopwords. I also describe TF-IDF and the text categorization problem. I touch the subject of text clustering. Then I briefly describe approaches called latent semantic indexing and la- tent Dirichlet allocation. The thesis includes my experiments with "simple" words counting, TF-IDF and text categorization on database of articles from several online news websites; I also describe the creation of this database. Precision and recall are used as a metric to text categorization approach. 1
Education of Librarians in the Central Bohemia Region

(in English) The aim of this thesis is to introduce the system of further professional education of librarians in Central Bohemian Region. After an introduction to the topic, a definition of legislative framework follows. The thesis also describes terminology including its development, the end of the chapter presents a list of possible funding means. The next section briefly describes the history of further professional education of librarians in Central Bohemian Region from 1960s to 2005. The main analytical section acquaints the reader in detail with contemporary educating schemes, their methods and forms in context of individual target groups and with particular topics, as well. This section works with the period between 2006 and 2012. Following section brings an outline of possible further education of librarians. It contemplates possible sources of important and essential topics. A survey between methodical workers has been chosen as a basis for determining possible future forms of professional education. The end of the thesis summarizes options as well as limitations of further professional education of library workers in Central Bohemian Region.
The Launch and Growth of the Reader's Digest Phenomenon on the Czech Media Market

The thesis "The Launch and Growth of the Reader's Digest Phenomenon on the Czech Media Market" recounts the history of the Reader's Digest Association (RDA) and its Czech affiliated company, Reader's Digest Výběr s.r.o. The first part of the thesis presents a chronological overview of the RDA's development from its founding to the present day. The second part describes and characterizes the RDA's first and best known product, Reader's Digest magazine. The magazine also engages in thematic analysis, which determines the specific themes of its content. The thesis describes the RDA's activities in the international sphere, focusing primarily on its Czech affiliate, namely on both its production and the marketing methods used by this Czech company.
Russian Poetry at the Beginning of 21st Century

This diploma thesis is written on one of the least investigated and the least known areas of the Russian literature - contemporary Russian poetry. The aim of this thesis is to propose certain perception of, on one hand, the artistic patterns and contents, and, on the other hand, of the historical, cultural, social and aesthetic significance of the contemporary poetry. The key principles of the current poetic scene include the shift of the literary paradigm, aesthetic pluralism, and variety of the artistic styles. This work consists of three parts. The first chapter describes the theory of the forming of the post- Soviet literature, as well as its state after the second half of the 1980's until the present day, in the context of social, cultural and literary factors. The features and certain phenomena of the current literary process are also discussed within the first chapter. The second chapter examines the main aesthetic trends of the contemporary Russian poetry. The last part of the thesis provides the look upon the problematic and thematic characteristics as well as the stylistic features of the contemporary poetry. Trends in Economic Journalism and its specifics

The topic of this diploma thesis are trends in economic journalism and its specifics. The thesis introduces economic journalism to the context of journalism generally and deals with the role and nature of economic journalism. It also introduces the specifics, which may differ in different types of media. At the same time, the specifics of the work of an economic journalist and journalistic ethics are mentioned. Individual media types are presented from the point of view of economic journalism and the thesis offers also an overview of already existing literature related to the topic. Moreover, I am not aware that there would be an existing publication in the Czech environment that would focus specifically on economic journalism. The research part is devoted to the case study that deals with media coverage of real estate market. The reader is acquainted with the basic concepts and developments in this market to fully understand the context of the study. Subsequently, the research methodology and workflow are presented. This thesis deals with the Regional planning of services and its contribution to the site from the point of view of participants in network of services for vulnerable children and families. Regional planning of services is one of the key activities of the project "System Development and Support of Social and Legal Child Protection Tools", which aims to support the transformation of the care system for vulnerable children into practice. The aim of this work is to find out how the participants in network of services for vulnerable children and families perceive the activity of regional planning of services, their experience and make recommendations for the implementation of regional planning. The theoretical part describes the project, the activity of regional planning of services and individual activities of the regional planner. This work focuses on the cooperation and multidisciplinary approach. A qualitative approach is used in the research. Data was collected using individual and group interviews. The research group is a sample of participants in network of services for vulnerable children and families. Data analysis has produced recommendations for regional planning of services activity to maintain activities in localities and has also produced local or system recommendations. Key words...

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to elaborate on the thematic and motivic layers of the novel To The Lighthouse written by Virginia Woolf in 1927. The purpose of this work is to find the themes and motifs most commonly used by Woolf. I am focusing in particular on a detailed analysis of the themes and motifs typical of Woolf's writing style. Among other things, the aim of the work is to find a possible link with the author's life, which could have had undisputed influence on the choice of themes and motifs, as well as the other intentions of the author to use the given motifs. Teaching of the topics "Protection of human beings for common risks and emergencies" at elementary and secondary schools

This diploma thesis deals with the topics of "protection of human beings for current risks and incidents", which are part of the individual subjects taught in primary and secondary schools. These topics are currently a very important component of primary and secondary education. Pupils or students need to improve their knowledge of these issues related to the protection of the population. In case of these emergencies, pupils or students are required to show responsible behavior, to be able to orientate themselves in the given situation, to help the affected people and to call the rescue forces to the site. Teachers at elementary and secondary schools who have education in the field of population protection and pass on information to pupils or students using teaching aids and aids. I asked the individual teachers about the subjects they are teaching. Themes are integrated into many subjects, such as education for health, man and the world of work, man and his world, civic education, but also primary education at elementary school, natural science or biology, chemistry or physics. Framework education programs for primary and secondary schools include topics related to the protection of the population. At the school level, they present school education programs issued by the individual school heads, and according to these programs, the education is carried out at individual schools.
