Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na vývoj marketingové strategie pro zavedení produktů na vysoce konkurečním trhu zdravotnických prostředků. Konkrétně se zaměřuje na zavedení ablačního katetru a mapovacího zařízení pro léčbu srdečních chorob, které vyrábí americká společnost St. Jude Medical. Práce popisuje zavedení na trh, aby bylo možné najít kritické body a optimalizovat celý tento proces.
"Healthy Wine" Product Launch

My bachelors thesis is concerned with concept of introduction of healthy wine as a new product in the market.I would like to take advantage of Vinacz’s market position and absolute superiority of above mentioned product. Intention is to expand product range, improvement of total market position and increasing total turnover of company Vinacz. First of all I will introduce theoretic principle of marketing strategy, then I will describe wine market research. This will be followed by analysis of Vinacz’s recent position on the wine market. After it I will describe detailed proposal of new product introduction on the market.

The diploma thesis deals with a new product launch in Czech market. First, the appropriate market segment, competitive products and environment of launching company is analyzed. Based on the analysis and the knowledge gained from the literature, the diploma thesis proposes a solution in form of a marketing mix, which is suitable for the new product.

The bachelor thesis on "The Metropolitan Opera: Live in HD in the Prague Cinema Aero. Description and Evaluation of the Success of Marketing Activities during the First Two Seasons." deals with the launch of a new product in Aero art-house cinema in Prague. The Met: Live in HD - series of live transmission of opera production from The Metropolitan Opera in New York - was launched in Aero as first world-wide successful alternative content. Success of the project is closely associated with the digitalization of cinemas in the Czech Republic and abroad as well. Principles of art marketing, by which we mean all marketing activities in the field of art and culture, creation and realization's background of the Met: Live in HD and profile of Aero Cinema and Aerofilms Film Distribution Company are introduced for better understanding of the topic. The operating methods was the study of the foreign and Czech literature, the contentual analysis of documents, the media monitoring, the qualitative observation and the description of product's marketing activities correlated with the visit rate of the transmissions and publicity. The literature refers to the art marketing, the non-governmental organizations marketing, the film marketing and strategies for art cinema development.
Marketing communication of the alternative content in cinematic distribution

The bachelor thesis "Marketing communication of the alternative content in cinematic distributions" describes the phenomenon of alternative content - live cinematic streamings of opera, ballet, theatre shows, exhibitions tours, sports games and other events. Over a few years, these screenings became a regular part of Czech cinema's programme. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the concept of art marketing, its specifics and development. The next part of the thesis characterizes the history of the alternative content and the circumstances that enabled its introduction to the market. This part also outlines the specific kinds of alternative content screenings. The practical part of the thesis shortly introduces the Aerofilms company, the main distributor of the alternative content at the Czech market and it analyses the marketing communication of several alternative content screenings. Afterwards, the specifics, which are connected with the marketing communication of the alternative content are determined.
