Preparation of the construction of the rough construction of reinforced concrete prefabricated halls in Brno
Loukota, Michal ; Boháček, Adam (referee) ; Kantová, Radka (advisor)
The subject of this bachelor's thesis is the realization of prefabricated reinforced concrete hall in brno. It deals with construction-technological execution of the substructure and assembled skeleton. Its content is a technical report of the construction site equipment including the drawing, the solution of transport relations for the transport of materials and machines, technological regulations for earthworks and the assembly of reinforced concrete skeleton, machine assembly, time schedule of implementation and itemized budget for the given technological stage. The work also deals with the quality of the work and safety of work. Furthermore, several schemes of execution of individual structures and alternative foundation of substructure for prefabricated halls are elaborated.
Low volume roads
Kučera, Vlastimil ; Stehlík, Dušan (referee) ; Hýzl, Petr (advisor)
Thesis deals with an issue of low-volume roads and brings basic informations about their design. The most of the low-volume roads in the world are unpaved roads, while in the Czech republic there are not enought of experience with their construction, therefore a foreign literature was used as an almost exclusive source. The advantages of the roads with unpaved materials are, they are environment-friendly and money saving, therefore when correct procedure is used, good quality material is chosen and proper maintenance is used, they are advisable alternative to normally used asphalt surfaces. With increasing volume of vehicles their advantages decreases. They are suitable for a road surfaces in protected landscape areas, because they represents minor impact on the landscape.
The belt conveyor for transportation of aggregates
Němec, Petr ; Malášek, Jiří (referee) ; Kašpárek, Jaroslav (advisor)
This thesis deals with the concept of design solutions of conveyor belt. The aim of this work is to design a conveyor belt to transport gravel and gravel into three fractions by warehouse space, traffic performance of 50 000 kg• h-1, 4.5 m height difference. Design of the main dimensions, draft power and strength calculation of frame construction. Functional calculation is performed according to ISO 5048 of 1994. The work is accompanied by drawings.
Survey and Diagnostics of Reinforced Concrete Structure
Haloun, Jan ; Heřmánková, Věra (referee) ; Anton, Ondřej (advisor)
The first part of this diploma thesis is about late and current methods used in Engineering surveys. The theoretical part is focused on description of individual testing methods and their evaluation based on relevant standarts. Detailed description of diagnostic methods is dependent on methods used in a practical part. The practical part is focused on defining of material characteristics of used materials and way of reinforcing of reinforced concrete elements. Based on those defined pieces of information the static recalculation of girder and pile was made.
Belt conveyor
Konečný, Tomáš ; Pokorný, Přemysl (referee) ; Řezníček, Milan (advisor)
The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to propose design solutions conveyor belt to transport sand and gravel to concrete batch mixer. The maximum transport capacity 2000 kg/cycle, the cycle time benefits, including stirring for 4 min and 4.5 m height difference work contains a description of the main functional parts of the conveyor belt, functional calculations according to standard ISO 5048, determination of main dimensions, the design of the drive and tensioning devices. Strength calculation is performed for tightening screws, nuts and truss structures.
Belt conveyor
Kvita, Josef ; Škopán, Miroslav (referee) ; Jonák, Martin (advisor)
The aim of this work is to design belt conveyor to transport gravel with traffic performance 60 t.h-1, 3 meters height difference and the distance between the axes of the drums 10 m. This work also contains a description of the basic parts of the conveyor, functional analysis according to ISO 5048 and the design of the main dimensions of the conveyor, conveyor drive and tensioning device. The work is accompanied by drawings.
Cleaning effect of unconventional filtration materials
Fialová, Tereza ; Hynánková,, Eva (referee) ; Kriška-Dunajský, Michal (advisor)
Constructed wetlands and the soil filters are water treatment devices using the filter material that in most cases consists of natural river gravel, coarse sand or crushed stone. Master´s thesis deals with the research of cleaning effect of unconventional filtration materials, or more precisely with examination to load real waste water in a filtration column, to prove their ability to be used as an alternative medium that can ensure better cleaning effect. For the research work following metallurgical industry materials were used: fine slag and coarse slag 8-16 mm, materials from the natural character: zeolite, keramzit, a plastic material: PUR-foam. Also the traditional materials of fine gravel and coarse gravel were tested to compare the cleaning efficiency. Both the hydraulic and the cleaning efficiency of all above mentioned materials were tested. The examined hydraulic parameters are particularly porosity, hydraulic conductivity and suspended solids, turbidity and oxidation-reduction potential of both the inflow and outflow of the filter columns were determined. Accredited laboratory set the inflow and outflow of the filter columns BOD5, CODCr, total phosphorus, total nitrogen, nitrite, nitrate, ammonia and dissolved oxygen. By evaluating the results of the measurements it is determined which materials are suitable to be applied in the constructed wetlands and the soil filters. This filtration column was modeled by program HYDRUS and the result was compared with real results.
Belt Conveyor
Hykolli, Denis ; Malášek, Jiří (referee) ; Kašpárek, Jaroslav (advisor)
The aim of this bachelor thesis is to design and calculate the inclined belt conveyor for the transport of gravel with the size of the fraction 16 - 32 mm, the difference between the end stations is 6 m and the material flow rate 100 000 kg per hour. This thesis includes analysis of transported material, brief description and distribution of belt conveyors, functional calculation according to standard ČSN ISO 5048, description and selection of components based on calculations, strength check of belt and subsequently driven drum. The thesis is accompanied by the required drawing documentation.
Design of semimobile screening device for gravel sand
Kala, Pavel ; Anderle, Martin (referee) ; Koutný, Daniel (advisor)
Diploma thesis deals with design of semimobile device for sorting sand and describes design of machine parts. This thesis includes checking calculations of selected structural elements and final verification of calculations and measurements.
Preparation and Realization of Technical Survey of the Building
Richterová, Dominika ; Heřmánková, Věra (referee) ; Anton, Ondřej (advisor)
This bachelor's thesis in its first part focuses mainly on the theoretical description of the methods applicable in the diagnosis of building constructions; and not only the current methods, but also those previously used. In addition to descriptions and introduction of these methods, the descriptions of ways of implementation and evaluation possibilities according to the given standards are included, which is the specific content of the second part of the thesis. The last part is practical which is mainly approached by determining of characteristics of materials used in the construction or the reinforcement of the construction.
