Czechs and their opinion on quality of school education - September 2012

In September 2012, CVVM carried out an opinion poll on how Czech citizens evaluate the quality of education on all school levels. Part of the press release is also comparison of current results with findings from previous surveys. Then Czechs should have evaluated, which from the following characteristics - knowledge, independence, self-confidence, orientation in society, discipline, moral values, ability to work in a team, communication skills, creativity - are best evolved by particular types of schools.

Citizens on Opportunities to Receive Education and Tuition Fees - September 2012

In September survey 59% of respondents expressed their opinion that everybody has a chance to get such education according to his or her abilities. Then respondents had to answer a question, what circumstances and various facts influence educational background. Respondents often suppose human abilities, diligence and desire for education to be important, when trying to get higher education. Only 21% of Czechs think that paying of tuition fees on the public universities should be introduced, 73% of citizens refuses this idea.

Public Opinion on the State Secondary School-leaving Examination - September 2012

One of the questions was focused on the peoples' interest in the state secondary school-leaving examination, attitude to the idea of state guaranteed examination on secondary schools as a general concept and views on the preparation and conduct of this year's state examination.

Talent Management in business practice

The dissertation is focused in detail on the topic of Talent Management - talent management in the corporate practice. The aim of the dissertation is to verify that the general trends of the current talent management are applied in the business (corporate) practice. The core of the initial part is the analysis of available resources to the topic of current talent management (vocational studies, outcomes of professional conferences, newspaper articles, publications and statements of respondents). The authentication part is based on a research study in the region of the former district Klatovy. The conclusion is divided into several sub-outcomes - recommendations for the respondents, including proposed timetable for implementation, a summary of the best practices in talent management, a description of talent management specification observed according to the focus and the company size, and also the indication of the possible pitfalls of talent management.

The System of Employee and Development in a selected organization

The topic of the diploma thesis is focused on the areas of human resources management, education and development of employees in a Fire Rescue Brigade of South Bohemia. The principal aim of this thesis was the evaluation analysis of the system of employee education and development in the selected company, identification of educational needs, proposals for changes and recommendations for improving the management of this area.

DÚ 02 Zdokonalování technologií využití biomasy obsahuje etapy Studium hmotnostních, energetických a kontaminačních toků při spalování biomasy, Spalování biomasy s využitím kondenzační jednotky a Sdružená výroba tepla a elektrické energie z biomasy (kogenerace). DÚ 03 Hodnocení ekonomických parametrů a osvěta pěstování a využití biomasy obsahuje etapy Hodnocení ekonomických parametrů využívání biomasy a Osvěta a informatika využívání biomasy.

Employing of People with Disabilities

Thesis that pursues theme of employing people with disabilities is divided into three chapters. In the first chapter is given who belongs between disabled people, when employers are obliged to employ such people and what is mandatory quota of such people. The second chapter deals with employing people with disabilities and events that forego employing - such as education and talks with authorities. The third chapter deals with kinds of employment that are supported by the state.
