Disertační práce se podrobně věnuje tématu Talent management - řízení talentu ve firemní praxi. Cílem práce je ověřit, zda jsou obecné trendy současného řízení talentu uplatňovány ve firemní praxi. Jádrem výchozí části je analýza dostupných zdrojů k tématu současného talent managementu (odborné studie, výstupy z odborných konferencí, články v tisku, publikace a výpovědi respondentů), ověřovací část je založena na výzkumném šetření v regionu bývalého okresu Klatovy. Závěr práce je rozdělen do několika dílčích výstupů - doporučení pro respondenty, včetně návrhu časového harmonogramu implementace, shrnutí nejlepších praktik talent managementu, popis vysledovaných specifik řízení talentu dle zaměření a velikosti firem a náznak možných úskalí talent managementu. The dissertation is focused in detail on the topic of Talent Management - talent management in the corporate practice. The aim of the dissertation is to verify that the general trends of the current talent management are applied in the business (corporate) practice. The core of the initial part is the analysis of available resources to the topic of current talent management (vocational studies, outcomes of professional conferences, newspaper articles, publications and statements of respondents). The authentication part is based on a research study in the region of the former district Klatovy. The conclusion is divided into several sub-outcomes - recommendations for the respondents, including proposed timetable for implementation, a summary of the best practices in talent management, a description of talent management specification observed according to the focus and the company size, and also the indication of the possible pitfalls of talent management.
