Information System Selection
Dostál, Ondřej ; Bořil, Jan (referee) ; Koch, Miloš (advisor)
This thesis describes the selection of an optimal information system for construction company UNICON, Ltd. Part of the thesis is analysis of current situation and based on it also selection of best solution of IS, which usage is then described.
Decoding Barcode in Image in Real Time
Krupa, Martin ; Kajan, Rudolf (referee) ; Herout, Adam (advisor)
The goal of this thesis is to describe barcodes used in real world applications and to create application for real time detecting and decoding of chosen barcodes using computer vision. Normal linear barcode is first introduced, and then two dimensional matrix barcode is described with focus on its origin, usage and structure. Especially the process of localization, encoding and decoding of QR Code, which is chosen for future use in work, is described mainly. Also briefly description of computer vision and OpenCV library is available. Next the concept and implementation of application for localization and recognition of QR Codes is described. Finally description of testing, evaluation of thesis and ways of improvements are discussed.
The Study of Continuous Material Flows Management with Using Products Identification
Šíbl, Josef ; Šebela, Michal (referee) ; Jurová, Marie (advisor)
Introduce grauation work contains the detail characteristic of the marking of material elements incoming to store and work out from store. The main part of the work is aimed to shortening working time during material entry and work out from store. On ground ride out analyse has been suggested optimal soluti-on implementation marking of material elements into production company. Optimal type barcode has been designed and time schedule to implementation marking of material elements has been described. The technic-economical analysis proposed solution SAP console describing type and price component need to implementation this solution.
Tasks Board Optical Recognition
Sznapka, Jakub ; Trchalík, Roman (referee) ; Kreslíková, Jitka (advisor)
The master's thesis deals with the optical recognition of the tasks board in the agile environment. Based on theoretical knowledge about the agile project management, the concept of the task board is introduced. Possible representations of this agile tool are discussed, as well as their advantages and disadvantages. In connection with the optical recognition of the objects, follows the theoretical part dealing with barcodes, their structure and methods of detection and decoding. Based on these facts, the application design is reflecting all the needs specified by the company Siemens CT DC which is the contracting authority of the project. Implemented solution used for synchronization between the physical and virtual task board is able to detect the task cards with reliability about 95 % and allows the full synchronization of the task board during the four cycles. Deployment in the software development team and using the fully automated mode brings approximately five times quicker synchronization than it was before. In a case of semi-automated mode, it is about three times faster than before.
The Study of Productions Operation Management
Krob, Otto ; Studený, Aleš (referee) ; Jurová, Marie (advisor)
This thesis deals with The Study of Productions Operation Management in the B:Tech company a.s., namely company’s divison Engineering production. This work analyses a contemporary flow of information and material in production and on the basis of this analysis it eliminates detected defects. The particular concept of data acquisition is involved in the thesis. The acquired contributions are illustrated in the conrete manufacturing order. In conlusion the overall contributions of suggested solutions are evaluated.
RFID Security
Hanačík, Radim ; Morský, Ondřej (referee) ; Martinásek, Zdeněk (advisor)
The thesis describes the theory of radio frequency identification and is focused on the security of communication. Smart cards are divided by type of chip and operating frequencies. The thesis is focused on contactless cards based on the Mifare Classic and on a description and construction of the emulator, which is able to demonstrate the production defects. We can make a copy of the card using the emulator. Laboratory task was designed and implemented demonstrating the communication between cards.
Comparison of mitochondrial DNA for species identification
Labounek, René ; Provazník, Ivo (referee) ; Maděránková, Denisa (advisor)
The work deals with the method of recognizing species on the analysis of mitochondrial DNA segment. This analysis and classification using segment gene called CO1 in literatures such as barcode of life. In the beginning of work is analyzed the mitochondrial theory of heredity and conditions of formation of barcode. Practical use is based on this theory in creating database of barcodes generated to different animal species. Data used for creating the library are drawn from public databases NCBI and BOLD Systems. The next part of this work concerns about methods of comparison of the individual barcodes to the others and especially to the barcode of human. Three main computing methods were used tore these analyses: Needleman-Wunsch algorithm, Smith- Waterman algorithm and comparison of similarities using distance matrix. This work also concerns about transformation of DNA molecule sequences from symbols to numeric formats, which is required for the distance matrix comparison method. Algorithms for searching for a barcode of a species and vice versa were created to ease the work with data.
Judgement of business informative system and proposal of alternation
Hajný, Petr ; Tesařík, Jiří (referee) ; Dydowicz, Petr (advisor)
This work presents draft of possible results, which should the company made to make the information system better. The part of this work describes the analysis of the company, and the main part of its information system. On the basis of this analysis are designed possible changes leading to an effectively usage of the system. There are also described the basic aspects of the company aplications integration.
1D/2D code reader using Raspberri PI
Nevláčil, Jakub ; Janáková, Ilona (referee) ; Honec, Peter (advisor)
The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to create a service application for a 1D / 2D barcode reader on the Raspberry Pi platform. Both a graphical and a web interface were also created for this application. The application is able to read the captured 1D/2D barcode, display its content in the user interface and then send the content to the PLC. This application was programmed in Python programming language. The OpenCV library and other libraries that use the OpenCV library are used to read the barcodes. The next subject of this bachelor's thesis is also the design of the mechanics of the barcode reader module, including the selection of the camera and lighting.
Wireless Barcode Reader
Novák, Jan ; Vašíček, Zdeněk (referee) ; Strnadel, Josef (advisor)
This bachelor´s thesis is about barcode symbologies and wireless communication. Goal of this work was to design and construct wireless barcode reader. For communication are used OEM modules Aurel Wireless, working in SRD 868 MHz band. Receiver and transmitter are controlled by microcontroller HC908QY4 .
