Presentation layer and interface for a system for information integration and search
Hladík, Tomáš ; Nečaský, Martin (advisor) ; Peška, Ladislav (referee)
The aim of this thesis is to analyse, design and implement a system to present business objects. These objects are accessible through an existing RESTful API of an integration system. The system combines various sources and publishes them together with information how these data are stored. The task of the thesis is to create data views that meet the following requirements - they can react to metadata changes, they support multiple output formats and these views can be customized. The application should be easily modifiable and connectable to already existing web systems.
Face detection and recognition with use of Raspberry Pi
Rozhoňová, Andrea ; Mézl, Martin (referee) ; Hesko, Branislav (advisor)
The following bachelor thesis is focused on the face detection and recognition in an image. The theoretical part divides methods of detection and recognition into several groups and there is better description and explanation of these methods in this part. At the end of the theoretical part is summarized the current utilization of person recognition on the bases of its face in practice. In the practical part is first implemented method for face detection. It is combination of two approaches - approach using haar features and approach using templates of eye. The face recognition is provided by the convolutional neural network. In conclusion there are summarized principles and problems associated with implementation on microcomputer Raspberry Pi and there is also evaluated the success of implemented methods.
XML Tag Library Support in Nette Environment
Poul, Jan ; Očenášek, Pavel (referee) ; Burget, Radek (advisor)
This thesis deals with using the XML namespaces for the template definition in PHP frameworks. It focuses on the design and implementation of an extension of the Nette Framework that allows creating user-defined elements in XML. We also compare our solution with other solutions available in the PHP frameworks and we describe the related XML features. The implemented extension includes two demonstration XML tag libraries that are ready to use.
Business Cards Generator
C++ Metaprogramming Examples
Kuklínek, Lukáš ; Janoušek, Vladimír (referee) ; Peringer, Petr (advisor)
In this thesis we investigate possibilities of metaprogramming in C++. It contains a~general overview of metaprogramming and a~set of examples of various metaprogramming techniques in the C++ programming language with an emphasis on the possibilities proposed by the upcoming standard, called C++0x for now. Examples demonstrate usage of variadic templates, computational power of templates, statically polymorphic generation of a~runtime code and generic implementation of several design patterns.
WebArchitekt System
Smola, Ladislav ; Burget, Radek (referee) ; Hruška, Tomáš (advisor)
This thesis concerns universal content management system, which works on AJAX basis. System is modular and based on plugins, which forms its core. In first part, I am concern with CMS and programming languages, which are used for programming in most cases. There are also mentioned libraries and add-ons, which simplify programming itself. Problem solution is described theoretically at the beginning, then I describe the object model itself. The methods of certain classes are described to express the functionality of system core and then a describe plugins which can be add to core. Future development is mentioned at the end. It will be controlled mostly by the projects, on which will be this system apply next.
3D Spatial Indexing of Objects
Drbal, Miroslav ; Dvořák, Radim (referee) ; Orság, Filip (advisor)
This diploma thesis defines the term indexing and in preamble are discussed known indexing algorithms and difference between indexing static and moving objects. The practical part of this diploma thesis is aimed to designing and implementing of indexing algorithm for open source application MaNGOS with respect to generic design pattern and effectiveness of spatial search queries for selection of the objects given properties in the specified area. At the end I present and discuss reached results.
Automatic Design of Web Applications
Žilka, Radek ; Jirák, Ota (referee) ; Ruttkay, Ladislav (advisor)
This project is focused on software design and implementation. This software represents a generator of web information system source code developed in ASP.NET 2.0. The information system requires the SQL database. The source code generated by this application is the base of the next development in Visual Studio 2008. This project inspects similar generators too.
Creating templates for common content management systems
Povolný, Jan ; Vojíř, Stanislav (advisor) ; Hradil, Jiří (referee)
This thesis is covering the creation of templates for leading open source CMS systems. For the purposes of thesis, three current most popular open source content management systems were selected - WordPress, Joomla! and Drupal. The main aim of this thesis, and also the main outcome, is to develop a fully responsive templates for each of these systems, which would meet predetermined requirements. Three systems above are compared in terms of creating templates based on the criteria set out. Based on this comparison there is one system selected, which represents the most suitable platform for emerging website covering the topic of smart watches and wearables in general.
Intranet in small organization
Teliščák, Karol ; Žid, Norbert (advisor) ; Kunstová, Renáta (referee)
Nowadays, the intranet becomes an integral part of the organization and helps to increase its efficiency. Circulation of information in the company is still increasing since the company was founded, and therefore is very appropriate to link those optional information, store them in multi-purpose storage place so that they gain access to everyone who needs them to fulfill their obligations quickly, easily and work efficiently. This work takes its aim to introduce intranet, its characteristics, capabilities and components and try to apply them to a small organization what is supported by a practical part.
