Primary school teacher's perspective on inclusive education

This diploma thesis focuses on inclusive education and its close aspects, especially the perspective of elementary school teachers. The thesis itself is divided into several chapters. These explain the theoretical framework of inclusion in special pedagogy and associated topics, for example, a shift in a perception of a person with disabilities in individual periods, basic possible approaches to children's education, ie terms of exclusion, segregation, integration, and lastly, inclusion itself. They explain their definitions or principles. School legislation in the Czech Republic is also part of the thesis. The thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical part and practical part. The theoretical part focuses on the topics mentioned above and deals with the concepts related to education and special education in general, such as school as social institutions and individual social and professional roles in it, the concept of socialization or international trends in special pedagogy. The practical part contains qualitative research, ie structured interviews with specific pedagogical staff and outputs from these interviews. Comparison of burnout syndrome in teachers of natural sciences and humanities

The thesis initially focuses on the definition of the teaching profession, characterizes the very concept of a teacher and his/her personality, defines the ideal view of a teacher according to the point of view of pupils and their parents. The next part of the bachelor thesis focuses on stressors in education, coping strategies, the development of burnout syndrome, and based on documented research, burnout syndrome is presented in relation to length of teaching experience and gender. The thesis looks at how individual teachers cope with stress and relates the use of coping strategies to levels of burnout syndrome. It describes the symptoms of the burnout syndrome, its prevention and treatment. Focuses on selected methods for diagnosing burnout. The next section defines the concept of well-being in relation to the school environment and mentions the 2030+ strategy. The last part of the theoretical thesis classifies the differences between the humanities and the sciences. The title of this bachelor thesis is "Ways of Identifying Linguistically Talented Pupils by Primary School Teachers". It deals with the methods of identification of linguistically talented pupils by primary school teachers. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part is theoretical and describes talent and its definitions, characteristics of a talented individual and criteria of talent, types and kinds of talented individuals and their classification. It also describes displays talented pupils and their identification in a school environment, sampling of talented individuals and their education. Attention is equally dedicated to linguistic talent and talent for foreign languages itself. Practical part targets the linguistically talented pupils at primary schools and their teachers. This thesis deals with the legal regulation of comparative advertising in the Czech Republic and the Federal Republic of Germany. The aim of this thesis is to explain the correspondences and differences between the legal regulation of comparative advertising in the Czech Republic and Germany using analysis and comparison with particular focus on the European regulation of this institute. The first chapter presents the underlying theoretical system and sets the examined institute into the general framework of legal order. It defines the terms advertising and comparative advertising. Emphasis is put on explaining different approaches of legal orders to comparative advertising as a foundation for an analysis in subsequent parts of this thesis. The first chapter also introduces types of comparative advertising distinguished by doctrine. The second chapter is, due to the irreplaceable position of European legal regulation, dedicated to the genesis of legal regulation of comparative advertising in the European law. The subject of the work, the issue of day care services and education for children in preschool age - older then 3 years in Czech and related issues that fundamentally affect the status and development of the family in society. The research questions are analyzed in the work of the current supply situation of preschool education and children's education, further developments in this area and the practicality of various measures in response to the current system. In this work there are applied the theoretical background to map the social and economic development of Czech society, families with children. In principle, this work is based on the Beck theory, theory of risk, the human capital theory (J.Mincer), the theory of life quality by J.Džuka or theories of social capital by J.S.Coleman. Compensation for immaterial damages in the Czech Republic and Germany

This thesis deals with compensation for immaterial damages in the Czech Republic and Germany with focus on personal injuries and a specific question of wrongful birth and wrongful life actions. Its aim is to describe the differences between both legislations. In the first part my work is concerned with a theoretical analysis of the conditions of damage liability in the tort law in both countries. The second chapter follows up with the definition of material and immaterial damages and the way and extent of their compensation. The third one is concentrated directly on personal injuries, it introduces the term and the range of persons entitled to a compensation and it analyses the way and extent of the compensation for personal injuries (above all the damages for pain and suffering) in the Czech Republic and Germany, with specific emphasis on the Methodology of the Czech Supreme Court on the compensation for immaterial damages in case of personal injuries. The fourth chapter is focused on an ethical and legally complicated question of wrongful birth and wrongful life actions.
Asylum law in the Czech Republic and Germany considering EU asylum policy

This thesis is focused on certain aspects of asylum law in the Czech Republic and Germany and the influence which European asylum law has on them. Its aim is to describe the differences between both legislations, to evaluate the influence of judicature of the national courts on the interpretation of the key terms, and to analyse the impact of EU asylum law on asylum law in the Czech Republic and Germany. In the first part my work deals with a theoretical analysis of the forms of the international protection, above all with the definition of asylum and subsidiary protection, and highlights the differences between both legislations. The second chapter follows up with the analysis of certain judgements of high national courts concerning the reasons of persecution, and demonstrates different judicial approaches. The third and the last part is concentrated on EU asylum law, above all practical realisation of the Dublin Regulation and the implementation of important directives, and tries to critically evaluate its influence on the national asylum legislation.
