Práce se zpočátku zaměřuje na definování učitelské profese, charakterizuje samotný pojem učitele a jeho osobnost, vymezuje ideální pohled na učitele dle hlediska žáků a jejich rodičů. Další část práce se zaměřuje se na stresory ve školství, copingové strategie, vývoj syndromu vyhoření a na základě doložených výzkumů je zde uveden syndrom vyhoření v souvislosti s délkou učitelské praxe a genderu. Práce se zabývá tím, jak se jednotliví vyučující vypořádávají se stresem a uvádí souvislosti užívání copingových strategií s mírou syndromu vyhoření. Popisuje příznaky syndromu vyhoření, jeho prevenci a léčbu. Zaměřuje se na vybrané metody, které jsou určené pro diagnostiku míry syndromu vyhoření. V další části je vymezen pojem well-being ve vztahu ke školnímu prostředí a zmíněna je i strategie 2030+. Poslední část teoretické práce klasifikuje rozdíly mezi humanitními a přírodními obory. Praktická část je tvořena kvantitativním výzkumem formou dotazníku, který byl zadán pedagogům, kteří vyučují různé předměty na různých typech škol. Výsledky jsou znázorněny slovně i graficky. Cílem výzkumu je zjistit, zda má vyučovaný obor souvislost s vyšší mírou syndromu vyhoření, a zda se liší pohled na vnímání pojmu syndromu vyhoření mezi pedagogy uvedených oborů. The thesis initially focuses on the definition of the teaching profession, characterizes the very concept of a teacher and his/her personality, defines the ideal view of a teacher according to the point of view of pupils and their parents. The next part of the bachelor thesis focuses on stressors in education, coping strategies, the development of burnout syndrome, and based on documented research, burnout syndrome is presented in relation to length of teaching experience and gender. The thesis looks at how individual teachers cope with stress and relates the use of coping strategies to levels of burnout syndrome. It describes the symptoms of the burnout syndrome, its prevention and treatment. Focuses on selected methods for diagnosing burnout. The next section defines the concept of well-being in relation to the school environment and mentions the 2030+ strategy. The last part of the theoretical thesis classifies the differences between the humanities and the sciences. The practical part consists of quantitative research in the form of a questionnaire that was administered to teachers who teach different subjects in different types of schools.
