Mašková, Karolína ; Skutil, Martin (advisor) ; Kaščák, Ondrej (referee)
(in English): There are many attitudes towards inclusive education in society today, which are unfortunately in many cases based on unverified sources. Because of a misunderstanding of the term, people overlook its core values, which we all strive for in our hearts, namely to create a society that respects differences, in which everyone has the opportunity to develop their potential and foster quality relationships. In this thesis, space is devoted to the definition of the concept of inclusion and its theoretical foundations. The inclusive school is characterized including the cause and strategies for its implementation. Possible obstacles to this process are mentioned. Space is devoted to the attitudes of the pedagogical and non-educational environment, especially the presence of fears of inclusion. The research focuses on inclusive education strategies in selected European countries, looking at whether the vision of inclusion in education is being achieved and through what methods. The aim of this work is to make a comparison of these strategies. Passages from current inclusive strategy documents or reports of selected countries are analysed and interpreted. The strategies are compared on the basis of four criteria relating to key values, teachers' concerns, barriers to inclusive education and...

Part of the work is mapping and summary of research that deals with this issue. In the practical part, using a quantitative research method, obstacles and causes are identified that prevent pupils from socially excluded locations from success at schools with regard to future obtaning an employment on the labor market.

The bachelor thesis contains a summary of available information on inclusion in education, in order to gain a more detailed insight into inclusion from its beginnings to the present, to try to compare the results of several researches in recent years with current views of individuals today. Therefore, part of this work is a small research probe, publishing the opinions, attitudes, experiences and knowledge of respondents in the field of inclusive education, whether in their eyes inclusion is a natural part of current education, considered generally beneficial and meaningful, or perceived only as a necessary evil with whom they absolutely do not agree or to which they have fundamental reservations. Nomads of Educational System. Multiple Case Study of School Mobility of Pupils
Vyhnálek, Jan ; Dvořák, Dominik (advisor) ; Hlaďo, Petr (referee) ; Kaščák, Ondrej (referee)
Nomads of Educational System Multiple Case Study of School Mobility of Pupils Jan Vyhnálek Abstract The thesis explores school mobility - "students making nonpromotional school changes" (Rumberger, 2003), in the Czech Republic through qualitative multiple case study. It begins with a review of the most significant empirical studies in school mobility (1991-2016), highlighting a gap in research into the causes and processes of pupils' transitions and the need for qualitative research. To contribute to filling this gap, two cases of transfers following the transition from primary to lower secondary school and one case of attempts to integrate a child with cerebral palsy into mainstream schooling were explored as a "social and relational construction" (Zamora & Moforte, 2013, p. 59). The core of the thesis is an analysis of data based on in-depth, semi-structured interviews conducted with parents, pupils, teachers, school principals and external experts, field notes and documents providing three analytical narrations of these transitions. Rich use of data segments allows naturalistic generalisation. The analysis features the role of communication between school and family, the role of engaged parents, school tracking, school climate, social stigmatization of pupils and families, and stress on academic outcomes...
