Marketing Plan Proposal of E-commerce for Entry into Foreign Market

Based on a variety of analytical approaches, this paper proposes marketing plan of e-commerce for the entry into foreign market. Both external and internal environmental factors are analysed and are used for SWOT analysis. The paper also analyses different communication channels of digital marketing which the monitored business currently use. It contains proposals to improve their efficient utilisation. The outcome is the design of complex communication mix in the digital environment, along with the specification of its individual phases when entering a new market.

This diploma thesis examines the trend of subscription news content on the internet. It deals with the use of paywall as one of the possible future business models of media in the digital sphere in contrast to the advertising-based business models that dominate in the Czech Republic now. This phenomenon is explored on the example of the relatively new journal, Deník N. The theoretical part of this paper examines the transformation of the media industry in the world and in the Czech Republic and the challenges this transformation brings. Based on a comparison and analysis of a number of academic papers and examples from practice, this thesis examines the defining aspects of publishing news content on the internet and the possibilities of its monetization. Furthermore, this thesis presents a detailed profile of Deník N, with the help of public data and interviews with the management of its newsroom. This theoretical framework then provides the background for the following research methodology and its implementation. Registration of claims in insolvency proceedings

The purpose of this thesis is to provide a summarized commentary about registration, review and settlement of the claims in the insolvency proceedings and about individual types of claims. The second aim of this thesis is to evaluate pros and cons of currently efficient Insolvency Act. The domestic case law has been the primary source of the thesis. However, relevant literature and laws have been reflected as well. The thesis is divided into five chapters, more important chapters are divided into particular subchapters. The first chapter deals with the concept of insolvency proceedings and its purpose. It is also focused on the basic principles of insolvency proceedings and initiation of insolvency proceedings. The second chapter contains a description of the concept of claim and elementary classification of claims in insolvency proceedings, which are divided into different groups. Furthermore, detailed interpretation of each group is explained including process of their registration. Coronation of Byzantine Emperors in Late Antiquity and Early Middle-Ages

- 5 - Abstract: The diploma thesis "Coronation of Byzantine Emperors in Late Antiquity and Early Middle Ages" deals with gradual changes of the ceremonies associated with the imperial accessions. Using narative, legal, artistic and numismatic evidence, it attempts to identify crucial components of each coronation ceremony, analyses gradual transformation these components underwent and points out new developments that helped each emperor to estabilish his right to the throne. The thesis also deal with the imperial insignia used both during coronation ceremonies and during other court rites.

- 5 - Abstract: Bachelor thesis "Roman consulship and its status in the political life of the Byzantine Empire" deals with the development of consulate in the Eastern Roman Empire between 395 and 641. Thesis tries to identifiy the role of consulship in Byzantium, its importance and perception thereof by emperors, citizens of Constantinople and the rest of the empire. To that end this thesis utilizes contemporary juridical, narative and artistic sources. It also focuses on the way in which this magistracy was filled and ultimately merged with imperial dignity.
Design of Business Strategy in the Currency Market

This thesis is about basics of forex the currency market. The main objective of the thesis is to create a forex business strategy, which should be functional, complex and profitable in long term. Testing of this strategy based on historical data and using a real investment account will follow. Thesis is divided into three main chapters. Starting with theoretical part, where we define basic terms, which will be used later, mainly in analytical chapter. Another important part of this chapter will be about three basic approaches how to analyze market, called technical, funamental and relational analysis. The second major chapter is analytical part, in which we are going to build trading strategy Strategie Tomáše Havlíka. This specific trading strategy will compared to the most comonly used trading strategies, tested using historical data and on live account. There will be couple of hand picked trades, which will be analyzed as another part of this chapter. Chapter evaluation of results is focusd not only on evaluating each currency pair and it s various timeframes, but other statistics too, which where acquired during the testing period. Average 50% year over year rentability reached on hourly timeframe and 30% rentability reached on four hour timeframe proves the overall profitability and usefulness of the strategy. Finally, the Conclussion, chapter where we focus on future development of the trading strategy and its integration into a komplex trading approach, which consists of several trading strategies, which are ultimately creating cooperative entity. Information, which will create a backbone of this thesis, will be accquired from respected books aswell as well known internet sources, written mainly by group of authors called FXstreet.cz and British trader Anna Coulling.

This diploma thesis is analysing the influence of packaging and labelling on the behaviour of gluten-free consumers. The research is focused on consumers in the age of 18-40 in the Czech Republic who frequently buy gluten-free products. The goal of this thesis is to create general marketing recommendations for creating and designing the packaging of gluten-free products in order to provide the best buying experience for the customers. Questionnaire survey, eye tracking and in-depth interviews were used as the research techniques to reach this goal.
Determining characteristics using anaerobic Wingate test in female floorball team.

This thesis deals with finding the anaerobic characteristics using the Wingate test in female floorball team, followed by comparing the measured values with other results reported in the literature. A total of 30 probands were tested. In this work we work with two age categories floorball teams, which are groups of women and juniors. The floorball teams have undergone single physical fitness test on a bicycle ergometer, from which we found values that specify the maximum anaerobic power, fatigue index and anaerobic capacity. These values were then compared with those reported in the literature. Principal Wingate test was preceded by finding basic somatic dimensions and determine body composition using stepping scales. The theoretical part provides an overview of current knowledge on the environment floorball, sports training and anaerobic testing. The procedure and results are presented in the practical part, where the values are processed in the form of tables.
