Delegation of competences in Kindergartens
Daňková, Lenka ; Trojan, Václav (advisor) ; Trojanová, Irena (referee)
My bachelor thesis deals with the process of delegating management competences of pedagogical process in kindergartens with one or more detached places of work which form one legal subject. This work is to present the process of delegating, shows its positives as well as negatives and possible risk. It also brings survey of competences which can be delegated to teachers by a headteacher. There are two parts of the thesis, theoretical and a research. The research is based on the analysis of the questionnaire which main aim is to find out who are the competences delegated to. I was also interested in finding out if the delegation is connected only with deputy headteachers or also with other teachers. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org)
Anthracological analysis of chernozems in Czechia
Danková, Lenka ; Šefrna, Luděk (advisor) ; Zádorová, Tereza (referee)
This thesis deals with a pedogenesis of chernozems in Czechia (Central Europe). It solves a problem with open landscapes in Central Europe, further a role of man and fires in formation of this soils and relation between colour of chernozems and the content of black carbon. In my thesis is represented pedoanthracology as a method, which can be useful for future study of open landscapes in Central Europe and for an influence of man. In this thesis, there were also analysed two chernozemic soils with Raman spektrometry. It was found out, that chernozems was probably formed under forest-steppe vegetation with residue of post glacial steppe. Anthropogenic activity and fires could be new factors of pedogenesis of Central European chernozems. It was showed a strong relation between colour and content of BC. Raman spectrometry found a presence of BC in our analysed soils.
Tableau Vivant and its Practice in the Czech Milieu of the Second Half of the 19th Century
Daňková, Lucie ; Prahl, Roman (advisor) ; Rakušanová, Marie (referee)
The thesis explores the phenomenon of so-called living pictures, often internationally known under the French translation of the phrase - as tableaux vivants (in singular form a tableau vivant). It is a type of theatrical performance and a paratheatrical genre performed by participants in costumes who, for a short time, motionlessly maintain a certain position, so that the whole scene resembles a work of art - most often a picture, as the term suggests. As templates for the scene composition were selected famous paintings (contemporary audience then amused themselves by identifying them and by the illusion of the picture "brought to life", which the production evoked), but also sculptures; some scenes were designed from scratch, as in the case of so-called Apotheosis (a living picture meant for glorification of a certain personality) and various allegories, in the Czech milieu often with patriotic overtones. A living picture therefore had many forms, and also a variety of different functions - entertaining, aesthetic, communicating or for instance representational, which is associated with aristocratic families in particular and in our lands very considerably with the Sokol organization. Attention is focused on the "golden age" of living pictures, i.e. the 19th century, specifically in its second...
Anthracology and NMR spectroscopy in Palaeoecological Research of Chernozems
Danková, Lenka ; Šefrna, Luděk (advisor) ; Chuman, Tomáš (referee)
This thesis deals with black carbon, its characteristic features and with its occurrence in chernozemic soils. In particular, this thesis deals with methods, which can study presence of black carbon in soils. The presence of black carbon and the whole composition of soil organic matter of three chernozemic soils in Czechia (Zeměchy, Tursko, Syrovice) is examined by 13 C NMR spectroscopy. Anthracological analysis of charcoal from fossil chernozems of Zemechy loess ravine deals with pedogenesis of chernozems and development of Quaternary vegetation in Central Europe. Coniferous tree species of Pinus sp., Pinus cf. cembra, Larix/Picea, Juniperus a Vaccicium, i.e. cold- and drought-tolerant taxa, were identified by anthracological analysis of soils of Zemechy loess ravine. The identified species suggest that the landscape around Zemechy was probably formed by parkland taiga. According to 13 C NMR spectroscopy, soil organic matter of fossil chernozem of Zemechy loess ravine consists particularly of alkyl and O-alkyl carbon. Aromatic carbon is also significant. O-alkyl carbon is the most important in the recent chernozems of Tursko and Syrovice. Aromatic carbon has the smallest proportion in both chernozems. The presence of aromatic carbon in chernozem of Tursko is the smallest of all analyzed soils. The...
The Chinese Collection of Ludvík Kuba in Historical Context and the Context of his Oeuvre
Daňková, Lucie ; Pejčochová, Michaela (advisor) ; Slavíček, Lubomír (referee)
(in English) The master's thesis The Chinese Collection of Ludvík Kuba in Historical Context and the Context of his Oeuvre is focused on works, ethnographic interests and contacts of Czech painter Ludvík Kuba in connection with his collection of Chinese art and the context of the popularity of Chinese culture amongst Czech modern painters. The author will also pay attention to the history of collecting Chinese art in former Czechoslovakia and to some objects collected by Kuba in particular. The thesis aims to reconstruct the collection of Chinese art amassed by Ludvík Kuba, using period photographs and information from institutions that house the artist's estate (Náprstek Museum of Asian, African and American Cultures, National Gallery in Prague, Polabské muzeum v Poděbradech, and others.) The artist's book Moje Čína (My China), as well as other sources (period articles, correspondence), will be used as source material, too. The information gathered about Kuba's former collection of Chinese art will serve the purpose of deeper reflection of the extent of Chinese influences in Kuba's art, as well as his role in the process of establishing of Asian art collecting by modern Czech artists of his day.
Support for security report on the NJZ EDU: DP4 – Compex characteristization of the NJZ EDU (considered new production site of the Dukovany nuclear power station)
Prachař, I. ; Daňková, L. ; Mazanec, M. ; Roštínský, Pavel
The final report summarises existing geological and geomorphological research carried out during several recent years for assuring of seismotectonic safety in case of realisation of the considered new production site of the Dukovany nuclear power station. The main fault strutures have been assessed within the ~25 km surroundings of a location of the planned engineering infrastructure, mostly involving the Diendorf – Boskovice Fault and the Třebíč Fault. Based on the results, the zone of the Diendorf – Boskovice Fault including both longitudinal and transverse fault phenomena is considered as only one risk tectonic structure. Detected seismicity in other parts of the study area appears to be of only difuse nature, and correspondingly activity of older faults of the Bohemian Massif therein to be already extinct.
