Crimes committed under the influence of alcohol
Dvořáková, Jana ; Štefunková, Michaela (advisor) ; Zeman, Petr (referee)
The bachelor thesis is elaborated on the theme "Criminal Activities while Intoxicated". The first (theoretical) part is subdivided into two sections the first of which is named "Alcohol, Alcohol Abuse and Effects" and the other is named "Alcohol and crime." The section "Alcohol, Alcohol Abuse and Effects" deals mainly with the problems of alcohol abuse and its effects on the human body. The alcohol concept is defined in its introduction and the section is also devoted to its basic characterization. Then the thesis focuses on the effects of alcohol on a man, whether in the psychological, aspect or in the physiological aspect. The problems of health complications due to excessive alcohol consumption (alcohol abuse) and due to becoming addicted to the consumption of alcoholic beverages are also treated separately. Then the thesis focuses on individual stages of alcohol intoxication and deals with various forms of intoxication. The second section of the theoretical part named "Alcohol and Crime" then studies the relation between crime and alcohol and their mutual interrelation and conditionality. The beginning of the section focuses on the explanation of the criminogenic factor concept and the criminal significance of alcohol. Furthermore, the thesis also focuses closely on illegal human conduct after...
Internet Educational Atlas Focusing on Soil Arthropods
Dvořáková, Jana ; Mourek, Jan (advisor) ; Říhová, Dagmar (referee)
The main objective of this thesis was to create an educational website aimed at soil arthropods. It can be used primarily by teachers of biology and ecology, lecturers of extracurricular science education or by the students who are interested in this issue. This photographic atlas of soil arthropods consists of my own micro images obtained by the use of light and scanning electron microscope. The micro images are accompanied by text to each group of soil arthropods, which is divided into sections containing information about the systematic classification, anatomy and morphology, biology and importance, eventually representatives of the group. The atlas is accompanied by other materials usable in the classroom, such as didactic test, didactic game and proposals for group work, worksheet, field and laboratory work or educational presentations focused on soil arthropods. These materials can be downloaded from the website, along with the entire atlas of soil arthropods. The atlas is available on the following address: https://sites.google.com/site/pudniclenovci/. The review of the literature deals with the importance of arthropods in the soil and their mutual interactions. Then I describe the methods of study of arthropods (sampling, sample preparation for light and scanning electron microscopy and...

In the theoretical part it brings forth findings from the stated area, defines the term "conflict", delineates the basic types of conflicts, deals with group conflicts in the context of the influence of an individual on the inception of a conflict. In the second half of the theoretical part it focuses on the settlement and prevention of conflicts. The research, coming from the goal of the inquiry, is directed in the same spirit. The research part presents the results of the inquiry, describing and analysing the causes and solutions of group conflicts in practice. The evaluation then leads to answering the research questions. The work is designed so the broadest range of headmasters and administrators of kindergartens could make use of it.
Diversity of the molluscs of Central Europaean Mountains
Kopalová, Zuzana ; Juřičková, Lucie (advisor) ; Dvořáková, Jana (referee)
This thesis summarizes environmental factors which influence both species richness and abundance of mollusc fauna, and it also describes molluscs' diverzity of the Czech Republic mountain areas. The abundance and species richness of mollusc assemblages are influenced mostly by accessibility of Ca together with correlated pH of soil, humidity, woodland structure together with character of litter, decomposed wood amount, and altitude. Results of number studies on these topics do not correspond to each other. The species diverzity of twelve mountain areas in the Czech Republic were described and 182 species (about 74 % molluscs fauna in the Czech Republic) were recorded. While east-west gradient is apparent for Carpathian species spreading, Alpine species are spreading to the north randomly. Western mountains contain higher proportion of species with wide zoogeographical range.
Manufacturing technology design of the automotive door hinge
Dvořáková, Jana ; Císařová, Michaela (referee) ; Dvořák, Milan (advisor)
The bachelor thesis presents a production proposal of an automotive door hinge from the sheet metal ČSN 11 321 and an economic evaluation of the chosen variant. The hinge is produced in a combined tool by shearing and bending operations. The tool is clamped to a ZH 2500-2000 NG mechanical press with a nominal force of 2500 kN. Because of the press parameters, alternative solutions are proposed that could lead to an increased capacity utilization. Part of the thesis is a literary research, the output of this research is an overview of cutting technologies with evaluation of their suitability for production of the given part, theory of bending and stamping technologies, a brief outline of the possibility of component production by a method of additive manufacturing and theoretical calculations. Technical variants of series production tools are compared as part of the technical and economic evaluation. Drawing documentation of a component and of a tool are listed in the attachment.
Monitoring of Osecký and Loučenský streams
Dvořáková, Jana ; Pecharová, Emilie (advisor) ; Martin, Martin (referee)
The monitoring of Osecký and Loučenský stream (Podkrušnohoří) took place in 2015 and 2016. The data about aquatic environment were completed including physico chemical parameters in identified profiles: pH, the water temperature, conductivity, the concentration of dissolved oxygen, dissolved solids and species composition of macrozoobentos. Based on the results the water quality of both streams corresponds to beta mesosaprobity to slight alfa mesosaprobity. According to assumption the Osecký stream had lower species diversity due to construction work in the stream which do not support high species diversity. There is also an influence of stream pollution and low water surface too. Increased index saprobity but low values of diversity index confirmed that the water quality is also affected by pollution from organic allotments. The results of this study will be taken as a basis MU Duchcov and the Czech Fisheries Association for precaution to improve water quality and optimize the use of these waters for fishery management.
