Bakalářská práce předkládá návrh výroby závěsu dveří automobilu z plechu ČSN 11 321 a ekonomické zhodnocení zvolené varianty. Závěs je vyráběn ve sdruženém nástroji operacemi stříhání a ohýbání. Nástroj je upnut do rámového mechanického lisu, typ ZH 2500 – 2000 NG s nominální silou 2500 kN. Součástí práce je literární rešerše, jejímž výstupem je přehled technologií stříhání se zhodnocením jejich vhodnosti pro výrobu zadané součásti, teorie technologií ohýbání a lisování označení a prolisů, stručný nástin možnosti aditivní výroby součásti a teoretické výpočty. V rámci technicko - ekonomického hodnocení jsou porovnány varianty nástrojů pro sériovou výrobu. K práci je přiložena výkresová dokumentace součásti a nástroje. The bachelor thesis presents a production proposal of an automotive door hinge from the sheet metal ČSN 11 321 and an economic evaluation of the chosen variant. The hinge is produced in a combined tool by shearing and bending operations. The tool is clamped to a ZH 2500-2000 NG mechanical press with a nominal force of 2500 kN. Because of the press parameters, alternative solutions are proposed that could lead to an increased capacity utilization. Part of the thesis is a literary research, the output of this research is an overview of cutting technologies with evaluation of their suitability for production of the given part, theory of bending and stamping technologies, a brief outline of the possibility of component production by a method of additive manufacturing and theoretical calculations. Technical variants of series production tools are compared as part of the technical and economic evaluation. Drawing documentation of a component and of a tool are listed in the attachment.
