Valta, Michal ; Jakubec, Ivan (advisor) ; Szobi, Pavel (referee)
The Czech economic transition started in the beginning of nineties, coming with a number of changes to tore down the dogma of socialist methods not only in the labour force allocation. The most important contribution of this thesis is to reflect these changes by using the empirical testing of selected models and commonly available statistical indicators. The thesis investigates the development of the labour market in the Czech Republic at a critical period of reform in the last decade of the twentieth century. In addition to the main objective the work focuses also on the identification of causal relationships between indicators and critically assesses them. In conclusion of the thesis are summarized the most important changes that created the Czech labour market during the reporting period, the success of the Czech economic transformation is valorised in the context of other countries in the region with similar experiences. The work is primarily based on academic economic literature and analyses of officially published statistical indicators.

Difference of income and expenditure of social security in the regions of the Czech Republic
Schwarzová, Anna ; Maaytová, Alena (advisor) ; Gajdošová, Eva (referee)
Social security is in the Czech Republic the main instrument of social policy. It serves to improve the social situation of the population. It works as a support socially disadvantaged individuals in the form of social benefits. On the other hand, the state introduced a social insurance system, which consists of health and pension insurance and the contribution to the state employment policy, which are collectively referred to as social security premiums. The social insurance system is partly used for financing state social benefits. This work is based on analysis of social security, social benefits analysis, subsequent comparison and finding out a relationship or dependency between these systems. Systems are closely connected, one could not exist without the other.

The age related changes in walk stereotype
Vojtová, Michaela ; Vacek, Jan (advisor) ; Babková, Lenka (referee)
1 Abstract: The aim of this study quantify and compare the differences in the dynamics of foot movement compared with static in adulthood and old age, focusing on the midstance phase. A secondary objective is to outline the relationship with the angular distribution of pressure on the sole. For measurements two measuring methods were used. The kinematic analysis named Qualysis was used as a main method and system of plantar pressure insoles Pedar X as a complementary method. The difference in measured distance of 1-MP calcaneus, 5MP - calcaneus and pronate angle of calcaneus was prooved using the statistical calculation, which confirmed the hypothesis of half clear a significant degree. Subsequently, the changes were further specified using the results of the distribution of maximum force and contact time of the soles.

Computational Simulation of Mechanical Tests of Isolated Animal Cells

Model vznášející se buňky napodobuje realisticky odezvu síla-deformace během protahování a stlačování buňky a obě odezvy ilustrují nelineární nárůst tuhosti s růstem mechanického zatížení.

Psychosomatics and speech negotiations actor
Hacurová, Eva ; SZYMIKOVÁ, Regina (advisor) ; PLEŠTILOVÁ, Miroslava (referee)
In my master thesis I focus on psychosomatic, internal and external, actors assumptions, which are an essential part of acting talent. I deal with the question of to what extent is an anctor influenced by the nature of man, his qualities and character. The work is examining the relationship between the body and the psyche, especially its impact on creating a dramatic character during the rehearsing process and the overall speaking and physical stage of negotiations. I am naming not only my own acting assumptions, but also the problems that accompanied me during the study, whether cloistered and in graduate roles in the theater Disk . I am referring to the actor's bad habits, risks of relations between acting partners and creative team as well as the necessity of pursuing the profession responsibly and artistically, realize of my strengths and weaknesses and targeted work to eliminate them.

Actor and work
Šmíd, Petr ; PAVLATA, Michal (advisor) ; HLAVICA, Lukáš (referee)
The thesis brings the definition of an actor, his work or piece and the relationship between them. Then I describe aspects of that relationship, which has direct influence for actor works. The most important are director and partners on the scene and around and next the theatre space and scene space (set design solution etc.). The thesis has also chapter about needs to know yourself for acting. And then I describe the ways with a drama text, undramatic text and without text too. How we were working without text and what it mean for me and my character. Next chapters are about extreme forms of actor‘s work. Which is performance and immersive theatre. The last two chapters are about film acting and acting with text in foreign language.

Capital structure of Czech joint stock companies and its determinants
Poulová, Lucie ; Marek, Petr (advisor) ; Hrdý, Milan (referee)
The aim of this thesis is to perform an analysis of capital structure of joint stock companies based in the Czech Republic. The first part of the thesis introduces modern theories and main determinants of capital structure. Further it stakes out basic models used for testing the validity of mentioned theories and the methodology used. The second part of the thesis focuses on practical results of the analysis. The first chapter summarises descriptive analysis of the passive structure, the level of leverage, the composition of equity and liabilities of the joint stock companies. These ratios are judged mainly according to industry classification and the type of ownership. In the next step, the relationship between leverage and profitability is closely explored since it is thought to be one of the main determinants. In the last chapter, the models are applied to the sample of Czech companies with the effort to judge the validity of capital structure theories and to evaluate the effect of determinants on capital structure.
