This thesis Stregthening the Competitiveness of the Company XYZ as a Supplier to Coca Cola Company Worldwide deals with the principles of the cooperation with Coca Cola Company and deals with potential resources that lead to encourage the strengthening of competitiveness. Theoretical part of the work includes knowledge about competitiveness and strengthening of the competitiveness. In the practical part, the theoretical knowledge is applied in practice. The main goal is to prove that the compliance of the cooperation principles with the main customer is one of the main means for enhancing competitiveness.

Support of customer relationship by introducing a new electronic service

The aim of the thesis is to create a methodology for the design of electronic services (e-services) and its verification through the design of a new electronic service which is improving the relations of a ski school with its customers. This aim is achieved by fulfilling a number of sub-goals. First, the theoretical foundations of services and e-services are presented with the aid of academic papers, publications and articles. Furthermore, using literary resources, the system of services which is tailored to fit the e-service environment is also described. Subsequently, the appropriate steps for the e-service design are chosen. These steps together form the above-mentioned methodology by which the new electronic service for ski school customers is designed. The text of the thesis is divided into four parts which head towards the design of a portal for the ski school customers. The first part introduces the theoretical definitions. The service sector and the definition of e-service are presented in this part. The second part describes the four major elements that form the e-service system. The areas that are crucial to the design are identified analysing each component of the e-service system. The knowledge gained in the second section is used to determine the activities which constitute the methodology proposed in the third part. Use copywriting during optimization of online stores

This dissertation is focused on copywriting or writing advertising content for online stores. Its main objective is to create instructions for writing successful text for online stores based on synthesis. Simultaneously, another aim of my dissertation is to use these findings in copywriting for selected e-shops. Both theoretical and practical parts are based on professional resources and my own experiences with copywriting beginning in 2006. This document is structured in three main parts. In the first part, I focus on theoretical recommendations for writing advertising content. In addition to creating product descriptions, this chapter deals with the preparation of texts for categories, home pages, shipping and payment sections, about us pages, articles and microcopy. In the next chapter, I describe measuring and evaluating the performance of advertising texts for online stores. The third part is devoted to the application of theoretical knowledge and to writing texts for selected eshops, including an evaluation of their success. Thanks to the selected structure, this dissertation covers almost all issues of copywriting for eshops. Chapters are structured in the same way as my usual copywriting process. I believe that my dissertation will become a useful knowledge resource for beginners and advanced copywriters, Internet marketing experts and online store owners. Selected parts of my dissertation are enhanced by my own experience, knowledge and demonstration examples. Most of them can be found on real company websites and online stores. Also, I continually refer to related resources that may be useful for every reader with deeper interest in this issue.

The Global Events and Processes Impact on the Tourism Development in the Czech Republic in the 21st Century

The thesis analyses the essential determinants of the global importance which are currently causing the turbulent changes in the immediate and wider context of leisure and travel. The tourism industry is an important part of the national economy and the lifestyle. The global factors and their impact on the field of tourism were identified through the academic resources and a survey realized in Autumn and Winter 2009/10. A questionnaire was used for data collecting and a sample of 104 respondents was created. The following determinants were described: the level of political stability in tourism destination including the risk of terrorist attacks and other violence risks, the global financial crisis, the natural disasters and the occurrence of infectious diseases. The development of tourism is also affected by the world-wide globalization, the changing climate, the ageing of population, the greater mobility and the mass leisure including the process of changing values. The results of the empirical survey confirmed the validity of the given hypothesis. Finally the recommendations for the tourism businesses resulting from the analysis were introduced.

The goal of this bachelor thesis is to summarize theoretical knowledge about Human Resource Management in Civil Service. Firstly, the bachelor thesis refers to the important laws which are concerned with Civil Service and to the theoretical information about Human Resource Management in general. Furthermore, the thesis there is an analysis of the personnel management of the Regional Authority in Olomouc and it is followed by some suggestion how to improve HRM there.

The goal of this bachelor work is to analyse human resources activities in company Jan Becher - Karlovarská Becherovka, a.s. and eventually propose recommendations for changes, which will lead to increase of efficiency of human resources activities. The company Jan Becher - Karlovarská Becherovka, a.s. is concerning with production and distribution of alcoholic beverages, mainly generally known Karlovarská Becherovka. This work describes all human resources activities, which take place in the company. It is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. Theoretical part is dealing with topic from the view of experts. Practical part consists of information gained from personal conversation with employee of human resources department of the company.

OF THE DISSERTATION ON "PUBLIC INTEREST IN ENVIRONMENTAL LAW" Zdeněk Horáček, 2011 The dissertation examines public interest in environmental law. Due to the lack of professional resources dealing with the very concept of public interest, the dissertation offers its basic definition and relevant connections, but always in relation to the institutes of the environmental law. Interpretive and historical aspects of public interest are analyzed and basic definition features, classification and process of the formulation of public interest, including correction of the improper process, are established. The dissertation specifies public interest in environmental law as a legally defined value of environmental protection shared by whole society. Such a public interest is promoted in all the phases of evaluation and authorization of a project that may be harmful to the environment, in the extent always depending on the specific situation. The dissertation concludes that environmental protection is a worldwide shared value and public interest. In addition, public interest in environmental protection is a criterion for a decision making process carried out by public authorities, and the resulting public interest (adopted solution) depends on the specific circumstances of the situation.

Title: The solution of extraordinary anthropogenic and unanthropogenic incidents by mountain rescue service Czech republic Objectives: The main objective of this work is to approach the issue of emergency response service Mountain CR. What are anthropogenic and neantropogenní events and how to solve individually Mountain Rescue Service of the CR. Methods: In my thesis, I used the method of content analysis, for which I have found literal resources. Work approach could be summarized as a method of analyzing single extraordinary events. Results: I identified methods of Service Mountain CR when dealing with extraordinary anthropogenic and unantrophogenic incidents. Talismans - Luck vs Bad luck

The main goal of this work is to approach a problem of talismans. We will concern with the history of talismans and their examples of today. We will mean resources of using talismans. There will be information about magic thinking, because the magic comes from it. We will show the complicacy of this problem. The core of this work is the empiric research, which is based on ethnographic principles. We will adhere to the grounded theory of Strauss and Corbin. The research is related to children with educational problems. We will focus on evocations, which children have about talismans and their experiences with it. Information will get mainly through the interview with children. Research indications will be confronted with literary knowledge, which are in relationship to talismans.

Práce se zabývá sdílením a správou informačních zdrojů v podnikovém prostředí. Úvodní teoretická část se věnuje roli informací v podniku v kontextu dnešní informační společnosti. Za použití aktuálně dostupné literatury jsou představeny aplikace pro správu, řízení, integraci a vyhledávání informačních zdrojů v podniku. Důraz je kladen zejména na plnotextové a nestrukturované zdroje informcí. Praktická část představuje konkrétní případovou studii implemantace podnikového portálu, na které aplikuji teoretické znalosti z oboru. Zejména pak znalostí o vyhledávání v databázích, pořádání informací a tématiky uživatelského rozhraní (Human Computer Interaction) [autorský abstrakt].
