My bachelor paper points out the financial health of company Remak a.s. for time period 2003- 2007. It consists of metodical part, in which I present particular steps and methods of calculation in my paper. In analytical part I use these methods on the firm I have chosen. From the results of the calculations it is possible to find out that the firm is one of most modern and best functioned in region of Moravia and also on air conditioning market. Company was found in 1991 and during this age achieved such good results, that today it does not need almost any foreign financial recources.

The thesis concerns modern costing methods for cost control in companies with customers' specific products and services. The theoretical part describes fundamental characteristics of costing system and it focuses on contribution of traditional as well as modern costing methods. It points out benefits and deficiencies of modern costing methods in comparison to conventional practice in costing area. Following that specific features of costing issues in companies with customers' specific products and services are discussed. The application part deals with cost control and costing system in the company BESTSPORT a.s. Based on deep analysis of relevant area recommendations enhancing costs control of the company has been formulated.

New Marketing trends

This bachelor thesis deals with modern marketing trends. The main emphasis is pointed on Internet marketing, which is devoted the bulk of this work. The reader is aware, at the beginning, with basic definitions of Internet marketing, which could help to better understand the specific context mentioned in this work. Further, the theoretical part deals with the question what extent is the internet marketing for the company necessary and describes its possible use in practice. Author of the work takes into account the trends predictioned by well known expert in the field of internet marketing, Larry Chase. Opening practical part is devoted to basic information about the company IRBOS Ltd., which has shown interest in the use of modern marketing trend. Another section describes the process of implementation of internet marketing.

"My soul resembles the sea". Motifs of nature in Alfonsina Storni's works

(in English): The diploma's thesis deals with the natural theme in the work of Argentine poet Alfonsina Storni. The first part briefly outlines her biography. Following theoretical chapter presents several literary movements of which the writer is considered to be part of: modernism, postmodernism and avant-garde. Among others the work refers to the distinctive position of the author in the Hispano-american poetry. The main part consists of the analyses of several poems of Alfonsina Storni, chosen from her work according to the selected topics. Primarily, the element of the sea, the earth and the sky are being analyzed, after that the elements of fauna and flora are interpreted. The analyses are oriented not only on the content and meaning of the poems but also on the formal part in which the shift of author's style is noticeable. The final part of the thesis briefly introduces other topics which are related with the author's writing. The whole work is based primarily on the author's works, followed by theoretical studies related to the era and also on two biographies and several interpretations of the particular works. Since there has not been yet published any translation of Alfonsina's Storni work, an attachment of this thesis consists of translations of several selected poems.

Re-education and Labor Camps in novels by Zhang Xianliang and Yan Lianke ABSTRACT: This paper is focused on two modern Chinese novels which are situated in a "re- educative" labor camp. Author analyzes novels Suffering is also Wisdom and Four Books and interprets these novels as a document created for the purpose of providing a truthful depiction of a specific historical era. In analysed novels can also be found apparent criticism of totalitarian regime, utopic communist ideology and pointing out issues related to the interpretation of modern Chinese history. Image Processing in FPGA

This bachelor's thesis presents a hardware realization of graphic algorithm for rendering objects described with 3D point clouds - a spatial objects representation. An FPGA (Field-Programmable Gate Array) chip coupled with a DSP (Digital Signal Processor) creates basement for implementation of function units. Is possible to decrease overall computation time by using more than one of that pair. That mean so simple distribution of load is used. The input graphical data is 3D point clouds - sets of points which are transformed into oriented circles just for purpose of rendering. Result of projection of that elements are ellipses. Such graphical representation seems to be more suitable for many purposes than the most commonly used triangle meshes. The implementation equivalent to concept is described too.

Economic aspects of health in modern society

Předmětem zkoumání jsou specifika zdravotní péče jako ekonomické kategorie, zdraví a jeho determinanty, význam a postavení zdravotnictví v moderní společnosti, ekonomické a institucionální charakteristiky tří odlišných zdravotnických systémů (Německo, Spojené státy americké, Velká Británie) a zejména vývoj a perspektivy českého zdravotnictví. Cílem práce je analyzovat ekonomické aspekty zdravotnictví v moderní společnosti v kontextu historie a současnosti zdravotnických systémů a zhodnotit relevantní implikace pro české zdravotnictví. Práce vychází z vlastností zdravotní péče jako ekonomického statku, konceptu investic do zdraví a významu zdraví pro lidský kapitál. Diskutuje rizika a příležitosti rostoucí potřeby a spotřeby zdravotní péče vyplývající z ekonomického rozvoje, stavu determinantů zdraví a změn v chování lidí, které sebou přináší rychlý vývoj současného světa. Přibližuje měnící se roli státu ve zdravotnictví a zkoumá otázky obecné dostupnosti zdravotní péče v moderní společnosti. Zabývá se vymezením vazeb ekonomických aspektů zdravotnictví ve vztahu k souvisejícím medicínským, etickým, sociálním a institucionálním aspektům, jež zpětně determinují prostředí a podmínky pro racionální rozhodování a jednání aktérů zdravotnického systému. Identifikuje a srovnává významné ekonomické a institucionální charakteristiky zdravotnických systémů v rámci zvolené typologie, včetně zhodnocení problematiky jejich konvergence. Ukazuje logiku jejich vnitřního fungování a příčiny jejich typických problémů (čekací seznamy, deficity, nerealizovaná péče). Zjištěné poznatky jsou využity v diskusi o perspektivách českého zdravotnictví a vyúsťují v analýzu možností využití ekonomických nástrojů se zaměřením na implementaci spoluúčasti pacientů a na další rozvoj pluralitního prostředí zdravotních pojišťoven (variabilní sazba zdravotního pojištění a stropy pro spoluúčast).

VÁCLAV HAVEL: "THA BEGGAR'S OPERA" - Costume Research and Design

The following text concerns itself with the comprehensive research and design of costumes for The Beggar's Opera by Václav Havel. The author of this thesis presents her historical and theoretical research, the development of her creative concept and final designs.
The play was written in the 1970s, when Havel was reacting critically to the current situation in his home country. To make this social criticism up to date, the author imagined doing a production of this play at a cafe in a small town, and sourcing inspiration for the designs of the individual character types from observing modern small town mentality.
The text is divided into a theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part concerns itself with the history of the play, studies past productions, and examines Havel's approach to theatre. In the practical part we can follow the development of the design concept, including analyses of the individual characters and the sources of inspiration used. Descriptions of the final designs are supported by images.

Principles of the Land Register Keeping

This master’s thesis deals with the basic principles of the Land Register. It compares establishment of principles in the previous legal regulation in effect until the end of year 2013 with the new legislation effective from the 1st of January 2014, when the new Civil Code No. 89/2012 Coll. and the new Cadastral Law No. 256/2013 Coll. entered into force. The new Civil Code brings large changes in the recodification of private law. Some important changes are related to the topic of this thesis, it changes the definition of immovable property, expands the range of rights registered in the cadastre and significantly affects the principles of the Land Register. The thesis explains the principles and searches for the most significant changes brought by the new legislation. Furthermore the thesis also discusses the status of the property owner. So it focuses mainly on the principle of material publicity related to the protection of good faith. The conclusion summarizes the most important changes in legislation that significantly affected the principles of the Land Register and assurance of the correct acquisition of property rights.

Citizens on the Pension System - November 2016

In its November survey the Center for Public Opinion Research focused on some issues related to the pension system and pension reform. Within this thematic block respondents were presented three pairs of opposing statements expressing general attitudes to the different characteristics of the pension system. Respondents expressed their position through a five-point scale, where point 1 meant identification with the first of a pair of opposing statements and point 5, on the contrary, featured complete shift to the second statement. Individual claims were related to contradiction between principle of solidarity and merit in the pension system, whether financial security of retired people should be ensured by state or by the citizens themselves and whether the pension system in its current form is just or unjust.
